This was my first visit to Familia Dental Carlsbad. It’s a bit of a drive for me but DA Jada Villa convinced me to leave my long time dentist near me and I am so pleased with my decision. My daughters and myself all had appointments and they got us in quickly, the Dr. was great and took the time to explain everything he was doing as well as all recommendations he had for us. Jada, being a great DA, made us all feel at ease and comfortable! I would highly recommend them!

I recently had immediate dentures and I was so nervous about the whole experience. I had not seen a dentist in years because I was afraid of the thought of dentures and not having my real teeth, but here at la familia the doctor was so nice and explained everything to me.I was literally in tears when left scared of the scheduled visits to come, but he made me feel so comfortable everytime. He always answered my questions and genuinely cared. My extractions were quick and easy just had to heal up for a couple weeks. Now I have a beautiful smile and I'm so thankful for him and his staff. ❤ They are always here to help even just walking in and getting a adjustment. He made the whole process well worth it. I highly recommend him if you have problems with your teeth or scared of dentists. He will help you with all your needs and get you fixed up with a healthy and beautiful smile thank you doctor Rupesh your amazing so thankful for you!

The staff is courteous and polite. The Drs are kind and quick. Got poked once on a cleaning but that happens when you have swollen gums. Thank you again for the $65 cleaning! Will return.

Everyone was nice. Timeline was doubled what was initially stated. Dental hygienist has a heavy hand. I walked in with no pain issues, but walked out with a whole mouth of pain and bleeding. Other than that, it was great.

Thought I would give them a second Chance but that was a mistake! Sat there for over an hour for them to take an X-ray and the doctor to literally just look at my daughter tooth and say we have to make another appointment to get it the tooth taken care. Familia dental has definitely went down since they first came to Carlsbad. They over book patients and then have a hard time multitasking them.
EDIT- THE DOCTOR JUST CALLED ME BECAUSE HE SAW MY REVIEW.HE HAD ME FOOLED FOR A MINUTE THINKING HE WAS REALLY CONCERNED ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED IN HIS OFFICE AND HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF THINGS THEN PROCEEDED TO ASK IF I COULD DELETE MY REVIEW! WHY WOULD I DELETE IT?! SEEMS LIKE HE ONLY CALLED ME TO GET ME TO TAKE THIS REVIEW DOWN.

Amazing. Same day appointment. Got teeth pulled and worked with me. Explained it very well and showed me what they did. Dr.Singh is the best ! Will go back and take my kids here from now on!
