Aspen Dental

I took my father to this Aspen location because he was reluctant to go to his prior dentist. What a difference! The office is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The Doctor speaks Spanish which is a plus for my father (and for all of us). He tells me that the Doctor was very nice to him and she explained each step making him feel comfortable. After his visit, my father was in a much better shape. No infection or pain. This Doctor did a great job! So, it’s highly recommended!

I was supposed to be a new patient. I got a text to confirm an appointment at 2:15pm and confirmed walked in and nobody was even at the front was there about 10 minutes before a lady came out from the back I heard her talking but it also looked like maybe she was eating (understandable) I am human and get that sometimes breaks are needed anyways she comes out from the back looks at the computer and says I’m sorry but you were scheduled for 2:00pm and we are understaffed we will have to reschedule I said no my text said 2:15 and showed her the text. She says I’m sorry but we are really understaffed and will have to reschedule she said she could put me for 7:30 a.m. so I could be the first patient. I told her I drove from out of town. But that didn’t matter. The error was not mine and I am currently in a lot of pain. I feel like they should have fit me in considering I am in a TON of pain and need an extraction. After this I looked up Aspen Dental and found out there is an actual group called STOP ASPEN DENTAL with 15k members with tons of horror stories people who have had unnecessary root canals infections botched dental work and thousands of dollars scammed out of them. My partner went to this office once was told he needed a root canal and 21 grand in work. He asked them to only do the extraction and they shamed him over the state of his teeth. I wanted to come here because of the free x-rays on the first visit but after my experience of how unprofessional it was to leave me in pain over a mistake that was not mine and then finding a literal hate group on Facebook dedicated to Aspen Dental I am running away because it’s obvious this place is scary. No thank you I will not be showing up and I’ll waste your time the way you wasted mine.

Today I had an appointment with the dentist. Like most do, I was not looking forward to the visit. However I have got to tell you about the amazing staff! The excellent service started the second I walked into the office! Was made to feel like they genuinely cared! From the front desk staff, to the X-ray tech, the hygienist and the dentist, their customer service was a 10 out of 10!! Each person made me feel welcomed, explained what they were doing and finally developing a care plan for me! By the time I left I had more than one reason to smile and with their help my smile will get even better and bigger!

They’re very loud and brutally honest. If you want the entire office to know your business then this place will be perfect for you. I have never felt so uncomfortable at a dentist visit. They were unprofessional and kind of rude.

DON’T GO HERE! Find a trusted dentist in your area.

My MIL went in for a cleaning and walked out with a itemized bill for $4,329.71. They even said she needed to pre-pay for services before they were rendered. They charged her $1580.04 the day of her visit that included X-rays, a preliminary exam, and a cleaning. According to her treatment plan these services amount to $265.69.

I’m in the process of finding out how to report this elderly financial abuse to the state board and NM business bureau.

Very prompt. Very professional. Nice office. I had a very good experience. Every step/procedure was explained. Very pleased.

Most of the staff are very nice and helpful. The Dr. Is awesome so far. I'll have to see after my surgery to review her more. Pain control is huge for me and I know it's going to be very painful so we will see. Overall it's been good so far.
I was very impressed when I first called, I had a bad tooth suddenly and la casas wait was months to be seen, no spots for emergency s (shame) so I called Aspen kinda late one afternoon and to my surprise I was seen the next morning (impressive)!

The staff is awesome. They explain every detail on your treatment plan; answer any questions I have and no"guilt shaming". I highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone who is looking for help with getting their smile back. V. Harris

Look how they left these dental surgery tools out? Was tooken out for an extraction for at least an hour. With no doors on the rooms. This room had a door but it was wide open. I guess The airborne spread of measles, COVID-19, tuberculosis, and SARS ( which is well-documented in the medical literature)The dental literature shows that many dental procedures produce aerosols and droplets that are contaminated with bacteria and blood. These aerosols represent a potential route for disease transmission. This happen while my wife was waiting for treatment. Place is not hygienic, and (Most of the) staff has unchecked biases with a need for Diversity training

Sidenote: Mayhap not a good idea for the Dentist and office manager to be friends. It gets in the way of proper management. Because of this the OM would not take my grievance seriously. Seems they become in "Awe" for degrees and the ability to data dump, rather then compassion and equality for humans. What happened to do no harm?

I am traveling for work from another state and needed some dental care. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful to get me scheduled right away! The hygienist was nice, and did a great job on my periodontal cleaning. The office manager explained all of the insurance coverage and my costs; she was knowledgeable and awesome! The dental assistant was amazing, she made sure I was safe and comfortable as she prep'd everything needed for the procedure. I absolutely loved my doctor! He explained what he was doing, and talked to me like an old friend. He completed the procedures like he was happy to be doing it; loves his profession! The whole team was fantastic! I never had pain, never had to wonder what's going on.
