There is noone else I trust for all my dental needs. My family also trust Julie with there teeth. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Julie cares about not only your oral health but always asks how the family is doing. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a 5 star dentist. Usually seen promptly at appointed time. Just like with anything, things happen and you do have to wait. This is usually followed up by an apology.

Took my baby girl to get her tongue ties fixed. Can I just say that every single person in that office is awesome. The lady at the front desk was very nice. The dental assistance were informative about what was going to happen and the process. And the dentist Julie. Was awesome with my 4 month old. I’m very thankful for everything they did today. Made the experience smooth.

Walking into Plains Dental is almost like walking into a home. Very comfortable atmosphere with I'm sure had to be smiling faces under their mask. Dr. O'Quinn and her staff did a great job listening to my dental concerns and were very knowledgeable about the care I needed. Dr. O'Quinn has a steady hand and was very efficient in her skills as a dentist that the procedure was completed much quicker than I had anticipated and with no pain other than a pinch from injecting a numbing agent. If it's possible to be excited about seeing a dentist again, Dr. O'Quinn is one of the few medical professionals that can say "I hope to see you again soon" and you won't be worried about the context haha.

The service and people here are really terrific, however every visit I have had including my consult has had horrible wait times. They need to re-evaluate their scheduling since they frequently make their guests wait for long periods of times. I’ve waited over an hour for my consult, and over 30 minutes for a regular cleaning. Very stressful to wait that long. People are friendly and service is great though.
