Staff was super nice from the minute I walked in with Carina at the reception desk making the check in process as a new patient super easy. Andrea, my hygienist made me feel welcomed also as soon as I walked back, giving me a mini tour of the place and explaining what rooms were used for. She was super nice and wonderful to talk to during my cleaning. Dr. Gilbert was also very nice, and welcoming. Overall a very great experience, I look forward to coming back in the future š
Update: during my last visit at the office Andy was very nice, it is always such a pleasure to come in and talk to to her while my teeth get cleaned š Dr. Gilbert was also very friendly and informative. He explained things to me, where it was easy to understand. I enjoy coming in to my visits with the Bright Star Dental team.

My first visit was already the best experience Iāve had at a dentist, considering Iām not the most excited about the dentist this place was so nice and friendly and made me feel very comfortable!
My second visit I had to have a lot more stuff done to my teeth and everyone was so nice and making sure that I was okay and breathing fine and comfortable especially faith and the dentist himself they were very attentive to me the whole time.

I just want to take a moment to express my thoughts and concernsā¦ my one & only concern is that Google doesnāt have enough stars for a 10 star rating. My experience at bright star dental was amazing. Started with Carina at the front desk reception, she is so welcoming, so friendly and kind, just incredible. Not even when I visit my own family I get greeted that way. Made me want to schedule an appointment every day of the week. Following up with Pamela who brought me back to take care of meā¦ look, she is the definition of an Outstanding employee, her display of kindness and concern for me made me feel like I was in the right place, where I belong. So by the time Dr Gilbert walked in I almost felt like hugging him to thank him, for having such amazing employees. I feel so lucky to have had them take care of me, might just go buy a lottery ticket.

Moved over from a different facility to Bright Star Dental. Professional and friendly staff, and overall an excellent experience. My hygienist was Andrea, and she did wonderfully. Was sure I was comfortable the whole time, and talked me through everything she was doing. Andrea and Dr were easily the best people Iāve seen for Dental care. 10/10 will be back
