I moved here a few months ago. I’m not a fan of the dentist. I did have great one in Colorado and was anxious if this one would be a sadist or one I would feel comfortable with. I discovered my anxiety was unnecessary. From the waiting room, dental hygienist, and to the Dr. Was a great experience. I felt very comfortable and was educated about things I could do to prevent future problems. So, grateful! I was worried I was going to loose all my teeth because I was never going back! LOL. Very happy and would highly recommend them.

Great all-encompassing, cutting-edge, dental services provided by Doctors Natalie J. and Ramon M. Ortiz. Both are well-trained, knowledgeable, very-experienced, and exceptionally focused on patient-sensitivity. Office staff is superb and very customer-service oriented. I highly recommend this Dental Practice.

Great Dentists, however we had a bad experience, my husband was scheduled for a regular cleaning and that morning awoke with a painfully swollen face. He went in for the cleaning and wanted access to the Dentist. Unfortunately staff did not understand his request or notice his horribly swollen face, he was wearing a face mask due to Covid. Staff told him he needed to pay for his next two cleanings rather than letting him see the Dentist; being hearing impaired he became upset and left the office because it appeared that all they wanted was money for his next 2 cleanings. He was still very frustrated when he got home and in pain. I called later in the day and cancelled my next cleaning. Since I had prepaid I was told I would get a refund. Two months later no refund. My husband was seen by another Dentist shortly and all was well and he proceeded with a cleaning. I am very sorry all this happened because the husband & wife team are very good Dentists and came highly recommended. However, for the Hearing Impaired and the elderly this kind of misunderstanding is not tolerable.

Outstanding and high tech dental clinic. Very professional. Courteous staff, from the front office personnel to the dentists. Natalie and Ramon Ortiz and their hygienists use the most modern equipment, and explain all the procedures to the patient in easy to understand terms.

Very comfortable and peaceful environment. The staff and assistants were incredibly kind and courteous. Dr. Natalie Ortiz provided the best comprehensive exam I’ve ever had. She took the time to explain everything needed with care and compassion with full attention to details and answered every question I had thoroughly.

Great staff. Very thorough. Dr. Ramon Ortiz explained the root cause of a lifetime of dental issues in a way that I clearly understood the treatment plan. Now the work begins.

Both dentist, husband and wife, are excellent. They are professional, knowledgeable and utilize the newest dental technology. The office staff is friendly, helpful and experienced.

Kind, friendly very professional staff and doctors. Dr. Ramon Ortiz and Dr. Natalie Ortiz are both highly trained doctors. Staff remembers me and values me, not just as a patient, but also as a person. Very harmonious work environment, staff seem to enjoy working there and like each other. A tidy, healthy, clean physical environment with advanced technology and equipment. The office air is clean and lung friendly with no harsh synthetic air fresheners. I am grateful I found them when I moved here to New Mexico.
