Your staff there all know I'm big baby when I come in.. but truly you guys make me feel comfortable to do what needed to be done. From the front to the back your office is always clean. ALL THE STAFF are professional, smiling and always assuring me I'm in good hands and I am. Thank you again for being the most excellent dentist I have ever had!

I've been going to them for years and have always had a great experience. The staff are friendly and professional and are on top of their scheduling and billing (no long wait times or surprise bills). They will take the time to talk through your options/treatment plan.

I went to Painted Skies Dental Center after avoiding the dentist for years. Because of this, I had been experiencing some issues with my gums and was starting to get worried. Even though it was obvious that I had neglected my teeth for too long, they didn't judge me or make me feel bad. Instead, they gave me a thorough examination and then kindly explained what steps we needed to take so that I wouldn't get gum disease. That could have been a scary conversation, but instead I felt supported and hopeful. Every visit with Dr. Ray and Dr. Natalie was also painless, as they are extremely skilled and I was never uncomfortable during my procedures. It took eight fillings and check-ups every three months, but in the end, they taught me healthy habits and got me back on track! I also haven't had any issues since and it's been three years! I am so grateful to Painted Skies for my healthy smile and highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Ortiz was very thorough in his exam and the in the front office, Heather was the best. She was able to answer all my questions and was very nice to my wife and I. First impressions are the most important, and I feel they have passed all expectations. Would definitely refer anyone to this office.

Everyone went out of there way to help me! Heather at the front desk provided the best service I have ever had anywhere! I am so lucky to have found this place! And the lady that took my x-rays went out of her way to make me as comfortable as possible. The dentist was also kind and helpful. This was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. I will return for all my dental needs!!

I found everybody at Painted Skies to be professional, friendly and lots of fun. thanks to their state-of-the-art equipment I was in and out the same day. I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes to get prepped and have the Doc start working on me. I walked in with my problem and they started working on me the same day, wow!! Thanks

The most friendly staff at an establishment I have ever experienced. Very timely in response to phones and extremely knowledgeable in regards to their website. They fit me in to get an emergency visit and the dentist, hygienist, and counter staff were wonderful. They listened to all my concerns, evaluated me, and explained everything to me clearly. Establishment is extremely clean and professional. I would give this business an 11/10 if I could.

I was in need of a dentist like yesterday, I came across the Painted Skies dental website, I called them and just like that they were able to see me the same day. The staff was super friendly and the dentist was experienced and professional.

This place is so great! I got my teeth cleaned and got to choose what music to listen to. My boyfriend had his first dental procedure here and they let him watch a movie during it. The doctors are so gentle and the work is beautiful! The staff is friendly and very helpful with any questions or concerns you may have. I highly recommend this place especially if going to the dentist makes you nervous. I send all my friends here.

LOVED THIS OFFICE!! Yesterday was my first visit with Painted Skies. I was a little nervous since it was my first time and it was an emergency visit. I recently moved to Las Cruces and been desperately was looking for a dentist that accepts my insurance. Which I have found is not popular in New Mexico. I found Dr. Ortiz from my provider guide (This in itself is a crap shoot since it is not a referral from an actual person). I was very pleased with my decision. The office staff was wonderful. I was immediately greeted with a warm smile and a welcome. When I was taken back, I was greeted again with a warm smile and a welcome from the dental assistant. They were able to take xrays on the spot. When the doctor came in, he immediately introduced himself with another warm smile (EVERYONE was SO friendly), and a handshake. Dr. Ray Ortiz was amazing. In less than five minutes he was able to see my problem and come up with a treatment plan to fix my issue. I was so comfortable with him that I even discussed an issue that I never felt comfortable to discuss before and he was able to help guide me in the best course of action to correct a problem that I had since a child. I HIGHLY recommend this office. Everyone was friendly, sincere and caring. Thanks Dr. Ortiz and staff. I will be seeing you next week again! :)
