Dr. Marshall and his staff are fantastic from the Dr. to his dental assist, to the front staff. Never been to a dental office like this before. My wife was in severe pain and had to have a tooth extracted she said she felt no pain not even when the numbness wore off. She also had a deep cleaning with no pain. Every body was so nice. It's hard to find an office like this. Can't say enough about Dr. Marshall and his staff.

Courteous and knowledgeable staff. No high sales techniques. Staff friendly and efficient. Facility is modern and has a lovely aquarium monitor to watch during cleaning. X-rays we’re very thorough. Reasonable prices and I would definitely come back.

My teeth are a nightmare the staff was professional efficient and courteous. The Dental hygienist who performed my cleaning was incredibly graceful with her tools and her skill was professional and elite I would consider her to be an all star in her field to use a lame sports analogy. Not just the dental hygienist was incredibly welcoming and professional the front desk office manager who checked me in was multitasking when I arrived and still gave me the attention usually garnered at a five-star hotel that was nice. the employee that conducted my x-rays was also impeccable at her job. First time ever to Mountain View Family Dental and it was a very comfortable experience. Friendly staff, short waiting time, a bit of entertaining video to watch, experienced hygenist, and a dentist that I felt at ease with. Will be certain to recommend to others!

I will never be returning as a patient to Mountain View Family Dentistry. I had an appointment scheduled in January. I took a day off work to make this appointment. When I arrived, the receptionist was very rude and said they wouldn't be able to see me that day. I told her a phone call or some kind of communication would have been appreciated since I missed a day of work. She was completely dismissive. I came back after leaving the office to express how bad I felt after being treated like I didn't matter and another lady walked in and just said "well what do you want me to do?" For a "family" dentist practice, the staff here is rude, unprofessional, and snobby. I'm so glad I found another dentist who I feel comfortable with. Shame on your staff Mr. Marshall.

Good day to all who are interested in having the experience having dental work in your future. I experienced a broken tooth which lasted aonth a half. I had to have it removed with zero pain at Mountain View Dental. The Staff are very polite & caring. The procedure took 30 mins to experience.. The following day I received a text inquiring about how my treatment went. It was a very positive experience. Thank you Mountain View Dental.
