I had to sleep on this because I was extremely upset yesterday. my son who is 6 enjoys going to the dentist. I almost switched him to a different office so I have my boys all together however because he really likes his dentist at Rio which I give a five stars to him, it's the front desk office manager and the other female that really struck a nerve with me. They were extremely rude they profiled me they spoke to me like I was ignorant and I did not appreciate that at all. One of them asked me if I wanted to go somewhere else while my son was sitting in the chair?!who does that? They definitely need to get some kindness and empathy training. So rude then they literally left a message saying we can't see him. With no insurance on file. Assuming I couldn't pay for the visit. These women are not the type of people I would want if I ran a dental office.

The hygienist was gentle and quick! She was warm and friendly. Dr Gonzalez is wonderful. Have not ever had a better experience at the dentist.

The best dentist I've ever had. The hygienists is very gentle and takes her time. I also get invisalines and the are wonderful. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable.

I went to see this dentist on an emergency basis. They bombarded me with excessive x-rays (21) so they could “perform a comprehensive”exam, although I told them I’d had x-rays done previously. I let them know that my insurance would not pay for them, nor would I. Upon hearing this information their office mgr. came in and told me the same regarding the exam. I let her know that I was there for an emergency only she got snarky with me and stated I would only have a limited exam. The dentist came in and did not look into my mouth at all, so an exam was never completed. I would not go back to them as they are trying to pad their bottom line with excessive services. Terrible experience. Do not visit Rio Dental on 528 unless you are a millionaire!

My visit was pleasant, everyone was friendly, my teeth are really clean now and the dentist was nice too. The office and restrooms are also clean, I would recommend anyone who needs dental cleaning or any dental work to come here. 😊
