I've been taking my girls here for 6 years and I also started going because I was very pleased with the service. The dentist is the best we have gone to which is why we have stuck with the same place for so long. I'm sure the dentist doesn't know how horrible his staff at the desk are. He just lost 3 patients because of the girl Maggie. I can't even call her a woman because she definitely doesn't act like one. She is a horrible, rude, miserable person and I hope someday she will change that. So sad someone you don't even know could be so hateful for no reason. I missed a few appts because I'm very ill and deal with alot of appointments due to this. She told me I couldn't be seen anymore because of this. Which I completely understand that it is not good because someone else could of taken the appt I missed. Even tho it wasn't intentional. The worst part is that she was so rude and hateful to me instead of being professional and letting me know she completely treated me horrible and talked down on me for it. I deal with more than she will ever know and I hope she never gets sick or has to deal with someone that treats her so horrible because of it. Very sad miserable person!!! Will never go or take my daughters here again!
