We had the hardest time dealing with the billing dept at this office. My kid is covered under two dental insurances through my husband and I and somehow we still ended up with an enormous bill that when I tried to pay a portion of on the website that they use, it debited the entire amount (to which the owners did not even attempt to assist in correcting). We have since then switched dentist office for our kids as this place is pretty much ridiculously expensive.

My girls and I absolutely love this place! The staff is always friendly and sweet, and it has such a welcoming atmosphere. Wether it’s in person or on the phone they accommodate all of our needs and requests to keep my daughters calm, happy and entertained through any procedures. I am very pleased to see how they explain every step with details of what they’ll be doing throughout the visit, and if my girls or I have a question they always answer with kindness. Definitely the best pediatric dentistry! We recommend them 110%💛🧑🏼⚕️

Fabulous, Friendly, Welcoming, and Professional!
My little one had her first dental visit here with Dr. Luikens and Dr. Carter. They were friendly, spoke to us by our first name, and had impeccable bedside manner.
I had heard that this place was really great, and I absolutely agree! The office is clean, welcoming, and every single staff member there looks cheerful and happy to help. Our visit went well, and we will certainly recommend to our friends and family!

My son really enjoys going to this office. He never complains or cries when going there. Everyone is very friendly, kind and Helpful. This visit due to the pandemic my son went in with one of the girls all by himself. I was nervous about that Because he is only 4 but he did great. I attribute that to how great all their staff are with the children. The visit went well and he was a happy little camper when he came out. I wish all Dr offices were this pleasant.

My daughter has been struggling with her teeth since she began growing them because I battled hypothyroidism while I was pregnant with her. Spring River has been an AMAZING experience for her and she LOVES going to the dentist! Their laser fillings and repairs are top of the line and have proven to be child-proof! The care, courtesy, and friendly environment from the entire staff is incomparable.

Overall great experience! My son is really scared of doctors/dentist, but the staff tries their best to make him feel as comfortable as they can and even let him see and touch the tools they would be using and pick out the flavor of his toothpaste! Would definitely recommend!

One of the most welcoming dental office we ever been to. They were also very quick on getting are son to the back for his first dentist appointment. They staff was amazing and very genuinely kind and helpful... #best dentist office in Roswell New Mexico!!

The staff and doctors are exceptional! They take the time to get to know my children and their office is very clean and welcoming. I wish they saw adults too, cause I would go there over anyone else in town.

My son (3 years old) had his first checkup here and is was a great experience! They were so good with him and showed him all the tools they used before they started so he wouldn't be scared. He did an excellent job and received a prize, a balloon, and toothbrush. I would definitely recommend Spring River Dental for young children!

Every experience I have had here has been a 5 star or better. The Dr.'s and hygienist are AMAZING. The office girls are always wonderful too.
I can't recommend this office enough.
Dr Carter has been working with my kids for a few years now and she is absolutley wonderful.
The other doctor seems wonderful as well, just by speaking with her.
You cant go wrong with care from anyone here. They're definitely picked with care.
