This was my initial visit to the office. My wait was relatively brief after some intake information was gathered. I had X rays taken and the technician was very nice. I spoke with office manager who was cordial and quite knowledgeable. The doctor was very thorough and candid about my condition and needs, which was greatly appreciated. I have, for me, some rather extensive work to be and feel secure and confident that I have found the right providers.

This dental office lives up to my high standard of customer service, clerical competence and qualification of its medical professionals.Being 65 years old, I have seen my share of dental offices. Dr. Ngo is a great communicator, showing excellent professionalism, supported by a magnificent team of dental assistants. I was very pleased with Lucia at the chair. Leah the hygienist knows her trade very well. She had the ability to put me at easy during a root scaling. Her positive attitude is contagious. Talking with Nicole Peters about treatment estimates, and scheduling future appointments, was a pleasure. She knows how to utilize resources. Brandon at the reception is just fun to deal with. I almost missed the expected, stressed out and annoyed dragon in his place. I had the opportunity to interact with more team members, whose names I didn’t get, and the experience was positive throughout. This dental office stands out because of its high ethical standards towards the patient care, I received. While team members seamlessly interacted efficiently on a professional basis, there was space for a little chitchat, just putting me at ease and providing a healing atmosphere in a place I usually don’t like to be. The easy going interactions between staff members felt genuine. I felt cared for humanely and respectfully. I still have more work to be done in my mouth. I’m almost looking forward to it.

My first appointment was cancelled the dentist got sick, that happens. I reschedule the next week. I’m there 10 minutes early feeling bad and I’m late since I like to be 15 or more. No one even came to the front desk for over 5 minutes which is a long time to stand stupidly alone in a waiting room.

My service was good from then until the doctor. She’s fresh out of school I think and working quickly and brief but that was ok. After I was told to wait and someone would get me about pricing since I was going to pay out of pocket. After about 40 minutes they moved me to another room and left me there. I needed to use the restroom so I went up front and asked how much longer. She didn’t know and I asked if someone could call me. She said that was fine, there was no one at the desk when I left.

Never got that call. Once I called I found out it was going to be over 3k. They wanted to split the dental cleaning into two services for each side of the mouth. I wanted one visit so I wouldn’t be charged multiple office fees and I’d only need numbing once and it’s a drive. Then and I’d I pay cash it would be 2980 something.

One thing they kept saying is it’s easier on the dentist - which I disagree. It seems like more work for everyone involved to make multiple visits when it could be one.

I think they might have good care. Just not for someone without insurance. But the pricing is set for maximum profits with out enough staff to function….. bad signs in a healthcare office.

I wish they would have let me buy the medicated rinse the doctor had mentioned to hold over my infection until I can be seen after the holidays somewhere else. Very poor patient care I’m sad I wasted a day here but I’m sure another office will take my cash.

This was a great dental experience, the office is very clean and modern and all of the staff were really awesome from the front desk, X-ray technician, dental hygienist and dentist. They were also very clear with insurance coverage and out of pocket costs. The only thing I didn’t like is that it did feel a little like I was being sold a few things like an electric toothbrush and Invisalign. I appreciate recommendations at medical appointments, of course, but don’t appreciate a sales pitch.

Dr. Ngo seems to put together a wonderful team of hard working, pleasant professionals at every turn. My molar extraction was painless, quick and fun. I highly recommend this Dental Practice as one of the best i have every been to. Thank you Aspen Dental Santa Fe, it was a pleasure.

Happy to have located them. They are short staffed, which made the wait time longer than I expected but their personalities made up for it all around. Everything changed after the pandemic and you just have to expect some bumps along the way. Was given a plan in place to get my dental care back on point, they were logical, professional and you didn’t get that feeling you were being ripped off which is what I had experienced from a different provider. Kelly the Office Manager was a joy to work with. Overall 5 star. Looking forward to work with Paula Ngo for my future visits.

Was overall a good experience, was treated very professional by all of staff I interacted with. Was pleased by the plan proposal, I had wanted to do many of these procedures, but never got the full picture from previous dentist. Would recommend this place.
