Went in on 5/25/22 w/o an appt, and was accommodated. I appreciate that they were able to see me and resolve the issue I had with my partial. 5 ⭐️ !

So I drove several hour from Colorado to Santa fe spring for a exam and after several hours waiting I was finally seen, a was handed an estimate for 25,000 dollars,because it was late already and had a long drive ahead of me I started back home.
after two months of selling my possessions and two months I tried to make an appointment to get the work started and after a brief moment on hold was told I will need to come up with an additional 160 dollars for an office visit. I I asked about my previous Initial for consultation and ex-rays , In other words I was told that was then this is now and that was the deal of the day...Any of you in a position To say 25,000..! sure can we start right now. Coperate dentistry, what does that mean for you? Several months ago I was awaken by severe pain on my lower left side. As soon as the pain subsided I called my uncle who is a dentist. We discussed my symptoms and he instructed me to see a dentist soon as possible. Unfortunately I picked Aspen Dental, I had driven by there location several times. They got me right away explained my emergency . They guided me for xrays but I see where this is going. No talk on consulting about the particular tooth thats causing pain. They took me to a room where they wanted to sell me a package for teeth cleaning products. What??? The dentist finally came in and told me that its a cavity on another tooth. I looked at the digital xray and didnt see what he was talking about. Finally ( the best part) they took me to a cubicle where " their closser" try to put me on a program . Of course I didnt sign on to this garbage and left the appointment with my abscess molar. Went to another dentist and were shocked they didnt give me a script for antibiotics. They didnt hold back called this outfit a total scam. When I called family members who are dentists about my experience they told me never never go to a coperate dentist office. Best of luck the good news there's more legit dentists than these coperate box stores. All the best on finding your dentist .

Needed some emergency care and they got me in immediately. The dentist was kind, caring and took care of my tongue/ gum issue while answering all my questions. Definitely a five star visit.

The dentist, assistant, and front office staff were efficient and competent. The corporate scheduling process was problematic, insisting that the wrong type of appointment be made.

They were very thorough, and explained everything so that I would understand. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Truly a great dental appt!

It was a rocky start but ended quite well. Many thanks to Adam for his attention and care. I hope to use his fine service for years to come. A really fine kind man. More work to come next week. I will comment on how that goes as well .
