Aspen Dental

I had an amazing experience at Aspen Dental. The staff treated me like a personal acquaintance from the moment I called in for an appointment. I had just moved to Santa Fe, NM and was needing to find a new dentist ASAP. I was a new denture wearer and had a lot of unanswered questions from my previous provider. When I explained my issue I had with my dentures from another provider they were caring and worked with me. Promptly they scheduled me for an appointment. My first appointment I left feeling confident with my care as a new patient. All of the staff members are awesome, and am so glad I found them to be my new dental providers. I look forward to future appointments. Also I do not have insurance at the moment and they are super affordable as well and that is an added bonus.

I just moved to Santa Fe and I lost one of my back fillings. I was frantically looking for an emergency dentist to re-fill it that took my whack dental insurance. Found Aspen and made an appointment for the next morning online. Already online appointments are a +1 for me. The staff is great, from the front desk to hygiene to the dentist. They were able to give me a cleaning on top of getting my filling re-done quickly.

The treatment is alright, but absolutely terrible communications for the price I'm paying (a series of treatment that costs more than 10k). I had to reschedule an appointment, to which the staff told me it would be a month after the initial date; I stayed in Santa Fe (I'm not from here) until then, and HAD TO ASK THEM what the issue with my appointment is, only to be told that it was never set (and they've never contacted me about it, despite me telling them multiple times to), and I would have to delay it by another three months while I have a literal hole in my tooth. The place is extremely understaffed and you'd be lucky if they pick up your call. Horrible experience; pick another place if you can.

Just relocated to Santa Fe. Made an appointment online and when I arrived I didn't wait at all. The entire new patient process was very streamlined and seemed extremely efficient. Couldn't have had a better experience, highly recommend. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful.

This is the most amazing dental experience I’ve ever had !! From the front desk to the end ! I had 12 teeth extracted and dentures. I have an incredible dental phobia and they were calming and made me comfortable throughout the whole 4 hours of my time. ! Saw them three mornings in a row. For following up !! Great job guys !!!

I suggest reading the reviews on Yelp. They overcharge. Felt like they were trying to scam insurance for more money.

This will be the first review I've ever written for a dentist office! The staff go above and beyond to make sure they cover all bases! Kelly is absolutely amazing and one other wonderful gal I did not catch her name. One of the best knowledgeable offices in town. They are I my network and could not be any happier! It was a blessing to find them and I look forward to my appointments now! Thank you for being amazing!

Very together and very high quality principles and staff top to bottom. Great new eagle-eye hygienist. She did a great job and caught something the dentist missed.

The service was excellent. Everyone is the Santa Fe Aspen was kind. I went for a teeth cleaning. I didn't like that their procedure is to evaluate you one visit and then reschedule for the cleaning at a later date.

Everyone explained in fine detail what they were going to do, and what was happening with my teeth. They listened to me and responded appropriately and honestly.
