Unfortunately I have had very inconsistent services from Aspen Dental Santa Fe. There is high staff turn over and usually different front staff each time I come in for some routine services. The dentist and one assistant are the only two I’ve seen stay with the location. Each round of staff seem kind but such high turn over lead to inconsistent services and knowledge. Wait times are very long. It once took over half an hour to simply get checked in, and it usually takes over 45 minutes before being taken back to see the dentist.

Very thorough and professional staff at Aspen Dental. They came highly recommended & lived up to my expectations. They might be the new kids on the block but it's clear they're here to stay. And thank Goodness!

I broke my tooth Friday night. Looked online for a dentist open on Saturdays!! Aspen Dental popped up called at 630 am by 7am I had an appointment at 8:30 that morning!! Not only was a dentist available, an oral surgeon as well! Was able to the work done right then and there. Can’t say enough positive. The staff and the dentist and surgeon definitely made my experiences the

This place is wonderful. Everybody is so nice and personable here. Dr.Aurora is a wonderful teacher to the newbies, and I like how sure he is of his craft. He treated me very well also. The hygienist Adam is a wonderful person too. Very impressed with him. I've never been to a dentist that was so high end, so this was like candy to my brain. I very much recommend this practice to everyone. I have at work already! Thank you to everyone who works here, I just wish I had found you all sooner.

Best Dental Office ever! I'm 41, been avoiding taking care of my painful gum and teeth issues. This is the first place I've been that is extremely kind & thoughtful. No shame at all. Their technology is off the charts! I love these guys! Never thought I would say that about the dentist office. Gus, Shelby, Kristin & Doctor T = Dream Team. Thank you Aspen Dental!!!!!

Enjoyed the staff...comprehensive x rays....good exam but not exceptional....recommended cleaning obscenely expensive - there is no way I can afford a thousand dollars for a cleaning. Most of my measurements were 2 or 3. I had a single 5, for which they therefore wanted to use a little antibiotic powder, calling it a deep clean treatment, for which they want a grand... I am 70 yrs old and have treated this before with Lugols iodine solution in my water pik ....

The folk at Aspen dental are 5 star. I booked an appointment based on the recommendation of my insurance— they told me Aspen was one of their approved providers. It turns out, they aren’t, but Aspen dental worked with me to adjust the fee and gave me advise on how to obtain reimbursement from my insurance. I’m really disappointed that they aren’t on the approved list, because I would have really liked to continue there. Staff were compassionate and respectful and helpful. Dr. Preble was professional, competent and caring. Even though I would not be coming back, he helped understand why my tooth was causing pain and develop a plan for how to proceed. I would have been happy to make them my chosen dental provider!

My first visit was excellent. My second visit was frustrating. I was told I had a balance due of $85 for the visit I hadn’t even gone into yet. I asked why. She explained it included take home products that I hadn’t been offered or asked for. When I went to pay at the end of the visit I found out they padded the bill with over $50 of take home products, the service after Insuance was only $35. I also suspiciously got strep within a week of my appointment. THEN 2 weeks later I find out they billed my old insurance, even tho I gave them my new insurance information online and in the office before my visit. I called this morning to fix this issue and they say I have no insurance information on file and have to go in to the office across town to take care of it. I’m going to give it another shot for my next appointment in 6 months, but if it’s just as bad I’ll be looking for a new dentist.
