Worst experience I have ever experienced in my life. They don't thoroughly go over the financial plans, there's always information gap. Every time I go in for a service they generate a huge bill and mentions it's due from last service. It happened to me twice. The way they operate their business it's not at all professional and seems shady to me. They always take certain percentage of the fee in advance. They do not know how to work with their patients, rather they are busy in getting their money and do not even know how to work with the insurance companies.

Awesome! Needed urgent care after my crown fell out on a Friday night. Called my regular dentist and got no response. So early Saturday morning I called, got an appointment and nervously headed out to a new and unfamiliar place. The front staff were warm and helpful. What stood out the most was the quality of care from Dr. Aurora. I tend to be cautious and skeptical of new doctors but Dr. Aurora communicated so well and his detailed knowledge of dentistry was so evident that I found myself liking and trusting him. I highly recommend.

the dr. and the hygienist (Kristen) made me feel very comfortable, I really liked them and bummed by how some of the other staff were acting. so they advertise that they are following all of cdc guidelines, but I’ve been there several times and 3 different times seen the office manger w out a mask. One of the times I was getting a cleaning and she came to the room to tell the staff something and wasn’t wearing a mask. I feel that’s disrespectful to me because I actually take the pandemic seriously. another time I was there, Ashton, was not wearing a mask either, and on the phone she’s hasn’t kept it professional by giving a VETERAN attitude, raising her voice and you can hear how mad she is for no reason. In no way were we being disrespectful for her to be acting like that. She also gave wrong information about my treatment plan, and does not know what she’s talking about. the dr. told me different than what she was saying. The first time calling she said that I declined the treatment plan, which I never did. Another time she demanded to put 60% down, but the next time she scheduled an appointment w no money down. so they are very confusing and get mad when someone has simple questions. I really wanted to like it, but they ruined the experience.

Very pleasant and clean place the dentist went above and beyond to squeeze me in in between patients when she was booked I highly recommend this place

Staff was very welcoming and doctor did his best to help me through some anxiety. Prices were a bit too high, while the same products can be obtained at much lower prices and the same amount of time. Not very competitive.

Visiting the office was a very pleasant experience. I am unable to use the services due to finding a more affordable option.

This has been the best experience ever in a dental office. Dr. Aurora was soft, gentle and non-judgmental. I was nervous about the whole procedure and surgery. Dr. Aurora took the time to speak to me and he called for a Dental Assistant to soothe my head. The girls that took care of me, explained every step in detail very calmly. Never I I feel rushed. I absolutely felt reassured . Thank you Dr. Aurora, Perla, Dental Assistant, Lisa, Dental Assistant, and Christen, Dental Hygienist for your professionalism, and very kind words. I have been spreading the word, "Aspen Dental is the very best indeed! Thank you.

Aspen Dental repaired two cracked teeth and some badly decayed old fillings with 3 crowns and two new fillings. Their equipment, knowledge and techniques made it easy for me to understand what was wrong with my teeth , how they could correct them and prevent further problems, and kept my tight schedule a priority as I am just visiting family in Santa Fe . The hygienist also did a fantastic job of cleaning my overdue teeth which I had let go too long. And no guilt or pain to make it worse.everyone in the office from the receptionist, office manager, hygienist, dental assistants and dentist were considerate of my time and comfort. I really like that Aspen is national so that if needed I can visit an office in Texas, or California where I often travel and my records will be accessible. I hope all Aspen Dental offices are as great!

I really enjoyed the quality of service. They understood my problem and did everything in my best interest I haven’t experienced that kind of personal service in years. Very refreshing . I had affordable dentures make my first set for 4000.00 dollars the quality was the worst. Payed less for these and quality is one thousand times better. I recommend Aspen Dental to everyone.

It was an inviting environment, the front desk girl needs to be trained on patient care and looking more professional. We were assisted by an assistant doing her clinicals which was ok, it would of been nice to have her shadowing an assistant. I did like that the doctor treated my mom the way he would like to be treated! I will recommend this office to my friends and family

Very nice and caring staff. Dr. Ngo is very good.
