Aspen Dental

I had an access tooth, that needed to come out and I went to 2 different dentists in town who couldn't or wouldn't do it. I sat for 2 weeks waiting for an appt, meanwhile my tooth grew more painful and infected to the point that I was in tears. I called Aspen dental and they got me in the same day AND removed my tooth! I can never thank Dr. Preble enough, the relief I felt brought tears to my eyes! Thank you for caring and the quality care. This is my Dentist now!!

Fabulous experience (and I needed a root canal)! I'm in love with everyone at the Santa Fe office. Extremely impressed, and I don't usually gush, but they really are great. I'm 65, so I've a bit of history with the dentist.

Very nice people, quick and efficient. Treats you like a person, not a patient. Dentist very caring. They truly want you to have good dental health! Best place to go even if you have not been to a dentist in 30 years!

They seemed nice until they kept trying to sell me stuff, like an electric toothbrush. They used scare tactics during the visit, and kept saying stuff about how if I didn't get my teeth cleaned this special way I would be in real trouble. Then I had to go to the financing office and talk to them about making payments forever like buying a car or something. And now they won't stop sending me emails. Wonderful! I recommend them highly.

I meant to do this on the first visit but honestly from every appointment I've had here it has been a great experience. Dr. Aurora has been so kind and amazing with the procedure and the aftermath. And every one that assisted Dr Aurora Victoria, Anna, and Perla rocked. And amazing and kind with me. Overall great experience.

Horrible not only is the girl in front rude but so is the “manager”. I called in the morning to schedule spoke to a Monica and she said “oh don’t worry about it your first consultation is free” and when I get there a 35-45minute drive they tell me you know what that’s not true we just have a issue where we get people in and we just can’t help you with waiving the fee even if we just told you that about a hour ago. a complete waste of time. I would never recommend this place to anybody they just have no idea what they are doing much less what they tell you. If I could rate this less I would.

Incredibly friendly and caring staff and the most informative dental exam I have ever had in my 60 some odd years of getting my teeth examined/cleaned. The dental hygienist particularly stood out with his in depth knowledge of periodontal issues and cleaning skills.

I regularly go for my 6 month check-ups and I have pretty good oral hygiene. I recently moved from another state to NM and needed to find a new dentist. Aspen Dental was right around the corner so I thought why not give them a try, it's close to home right? I was due for my bi-annual check-up so I went in. After the hygienist and dentist finished with X-rays and probing, they came back to me and told me that I had severe gum damage, that I had major bone loss and that I needed deep-cleaning and that they could not even by law do a traditional teeth cleaning because it was so bad??? And would cost me $2,000 plus+ and selling me all kinds of toothbrush .

I was PERPLEXED...I was just told few months earlier by my dentist back home that I had exceptional oral hygiene habits and that my gums and teeth were in great shape. So I decided to get a second opinion another dentist recommended by a co-worker. After the hygienist finishes, she tells me, "you take very good care of your teeth, your gums seem very healthy." Also, dentist said, "you could use some maintenance on some of your old fillings but your home dental care is great, your gums and teeth are in really good shape”DO NOT RECOMMEND ASPEN DENTAL!”

First visit. Office was clean and staff was friendly and professional.
Bathroom had the toilet cleaner sitting on top of the sink where you wash your hands. Odd....
Front office manager was heavy-handed on signing the recommended treatment plan and pre-paying for services. For someone who shows up on time (usually early) for appointments and pays bills on time, I found it a turn-off to be pressured to make payment before services are rendered.

Kristin,the Hygienist, was fabulous...pleasant,understanding about my problem and worked around it, patient, calming,professional...made me feel like I was in good hands. Chrissy Roth the zregionsl manager who I felt with about the financial side was also pleasant, thorough, offering many options, helpful, willing to go an extra step. The receptionist was pleasant,efficient and professional.
