Aspen Dental

I could start this review by saying I am a satisfied customer, that Dr. Preble and Perla and the rest of the staff were wonderful to work with, but, there's more to it than that. Being somewhat new to the area, I began the arduous task of finding a new dentist, and in a snap; I am terrified of dentists, and generally wait until I can't tolerate it any more before seeking help. Aspen Dental got me in within hours of the first call, and 24 hours in the second. Dr. Preble has a wonderful disposition for a dentist, as I am also used to the lecturing judgments of letting things get to a point from other dentist, whereas he instead seemed just happy to help. He and his staff, Perla on this specific visit, whether they know it or not, managed to use friendly conversation between me or between themselves to create a relaxed atmosphere and to disarm what anxiety I had over the appointment itself. Lastly, and most importantly, there's the technique itself. I have never walked out of a dental office with such little discomfort. Dr. Preble obviously takes his time to do a thorough and thoughtful job on what work he is performing, unlike other dentists that are in a rush and behind on other patients, thus leaving you at the end feeling as though a bull in a china shop situation happened in your face.

In summary, I went to Aspen dental at first because I needed something addressed quickly. I am staying with Aspen dental because I am thoroughly impressed with what I found there.

I was dreading finding a new dentist and hygienist since mine had moved to ABQ and couldn't be happier that I found Aspen Dental. The office staff, hygienist (Kristin) and doctor were awesome. I'm so relieved and after my first cleaning, my mouth is nothing but happy!

Dr. Aurora is great. Love all of his staff from Fabian at the front desk to Reena and Toni who actually makes the products. Lab technician extraordinaire. I'm sorry to whomever I'm forgetting. Would highly recommend. Fast appointments, fast service.

The staff and the experience was wonderful. Everyone is kind, helpful, and smart. I Love everyone here! Dr.Aurora is amazing!!! And Antoinette the Office Manager is perfect. So are the DAs. I am so glad I came to this office. I will keep coming back forever!

First off i was 20 minutes early for my appt. Thinking maybe they would get me early. As i waited which was 20 minutes later a gentleman walked in right at my appt time and asked the receptionist if they still had that opening at 3pm, she said yes. Within 5 minutes he was pulled to the back as i still waited as my appointment time was already about 5 minutes after the scheduled time. So i waited about 25 minutes and a walk in was taken before me. This should have been my red flag to leave. I get pulled back, full set of xrays are taken , then I'm given a soft exam and gum depth check. I mentioned to the hygienist i was there for a cleaning, i had also mentioned this when i made the appointment and again when i filled out my paperwork. I get pulled back to an area with 3 computer stations and the receptionist/biller began to go over financials.
I stated once again i though i was there for a cleaning. I was told they could schedule me for a cleaning in 45 minutes since they had an opening. At this point i was already frustrated and upset with the way this place handles patients. I felt like i was at a car dealership. I know for a fact my insurance covers xrays and a cleaning which is why i was there . I've had dental care for many years and its as easy as making an appointment and getting a cleaning every 6 months. This place is shady and wishy washy with their procedures and tantics about treating patients. Only reason i thought i would give this place a try is due to a recent relocation however after this experience I'm going back to my original dental practice even though it requires a 60 mile drive. This place only wants to take your money before they do any type of dental work. It's a total scam! Do not waste your time like i did.

I'm experience at Aspen Dental was Amazing. All who work there are So Prefessional, Patient and Personable. Dr. Aurora explains everything he does and puts you at ease, office managers Maime and Aston: so Polite and Professiobal, Dental Assistants : Pera and Lisa put me at ease,explaining everything., really True Professionals ! I can tell they LOVE what they Do! Lab Technician: Toni is Incredible! Such Awesome Professionals. I would recommend this Dental Office to Anyone who needs Dental Care. The Best.😊. Thank You.😊

My husband, Leonard and I couldn't have had a better experience.The entire staff from Dr. Aurora, Mamie the office Manager and the dental assistants: Perla, Reyna and Annah were professional and treated us with respect and compassion. We are both deeply grateful. If you need teeth extracted and new dentures we give them a five star recommendation.

I'm extremely pleased with the service at Aspen Dental I called at 8am on a Friday morning and I was in to see the physician by 930 that same morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to everyone!!

Friendly FOH staff who greet you, Ashton Office Mgr will help you with financials should you not have dental insurance, the Hygienist, Emily, very courteous and gentle and the D.M.D., Dr. Preble, kind, confident and engaging. The entire office is professional, compassionate and thoughtful. Every procedure was well explained. Took a long time to find a permanent dentist's office in Santa Fe, now I'm happy and content. Aspen Dental definitely cares about their patients. They are kind and explain and care about all your dental needs.
