I always look forward to going to Plaza Dentistry because Dr Ebrahimie is helping me to take better care of my teeth. He referred me to Dr Wheaton, who is an oral surgeon because a molar was infected. He saw me the next day and now my molar is out and my immune system will get back into balance.

As a newcomer to Santa Fe, I've tried to find a dentist that had good reviews, modern equipment, and techniques that were effective without undue stress and pain. After two "unfortunate" tries, I happened upon Plaza Dentistry. Crossed fingers and paid them a visit. To say that I was "pleasantly surprised" is an understatement. The dentist is both informative and careful, the equipment is first-rate, and I walked out of the office a happy (and relieved!) man. Highly Recommended.

Dear Future Patients looking for a GREAT Dentist:
I have the pleasure to highly recommend a GREAT dentist I recently sat for.
I’m 78-years-old and I have had the most horrible experience with local dentists and I don’t mind mentioning that two years ago I was seen by Perfect Teeth and unfortunately they were not so perfect. They talked me out of all my teeth; yank them in place of dentures. They never offered me any alternatives and I was too stupid to get a second opinion. The entire procedure cost us over $36,000 for dentures that never fit. They were painful and I could never use them, so I stopped eating, other than baby foods.
My husband, Robert paid for everything and he’s not a rich man. He was recently seen by Dr. Ebrahimi or “Dr. K” because my husband inspected their new home for “Dr. K.” and his wife, Lu and became friends. Robert bragged about how well Dr. Ebrahimi worked out a plan that was affordable and he even did the extractions himself, saving my husband, thousands of dollars and more importantly, time.
Robert encouraged me to be seen by his dentist to see if he could troubleshoot my painful experience with unfit dentures so I reluctantly agreed after a second experience with Dr. Pinkston, who was considered the best in the field of prosthodontics. Dr. Pinkston was alright and kind, but his work failed too and that cost Robert another $8,300.00 but there is a guarantee.
I have crippling arthritis and it very hard for me to sit in a chair. Dr. Ebrahimi was very patient and humorous and made it easier for me to sit for an extended period of time. First, he had me stand for a panoramic 360 degree X-ray that only took 3-minutes. Then, he and his wife, Lu brought out many pillows of different sizes and placed me comfortably in the dental chair, all the while "Dr. K" was cracking jokes and taking my mind off the ordeal.
He struggled over my dentures, took off excess materials and polished the edges that had always caused me discomfort. He kept at it placing them in my mouth and finally he ingeniously made a soft liner for my pallet and the dentures started to feel normal, but because the original impressions had shifted, he recommended that I go back to Dr. Pinkston and have new impressions made and start over. Hopefully, Dr. Pinkston will honor his commitment with his 7-year guarantee. Dr. Ebrahimi also recommended 3-4-more implants and cut out the pallet so I can taste my food again. If it doesn’t go well with Dr. Pinkston or if he tries to charge us more money I will return to Dr. Ebrahimi.
When Dr. Ebrahimi exhausted all his options with my bad dentures and sensed that I was worn out, I got up to offer our payment. He remarkable said there would be no charge even after 2-hours of his hard work because I’m not the best of patients and at least reimbursement him for the cost of his dental supplies, including a very expensive X-ray. Robert and I were elated and more importantly, Dr. Ebrahimi taught us a lot about dentures and the best practices and procedures that needs to follow so my bad experience doesn’t happen to another unfortunate patient, as myself.
Please don’t expect free service from Dr. Ebrahimi because this was an unique situation but his kindness, generosity and diligence to his craft goes much further upon a man’s character than his bank account.
I’ve read all of the other 5-Star reviews, which are many for Dr. Ebrahimi and it says everything.
If you’re looking for a GREAT Dentist, and a highly trained specialist with vast talents, do yourself a favor and call Plaza Dentistry for an appointment.

What a great office! Dr E took the time to know me and my teeth. The staff was so friendly and professional. They put me to ease and offered suggestions on things I can do to prevent cavities decay and wear do to age. The office is so easy to find for those that are new to the area or coming from ABQ. Plaza Dentistry is a privately owned new dentistry in Santa Fe. The office is convenient and equipped with modern state of the art equipment. Very fresh and welcoming experience. I received a comprehensive exam and detailed dental rehab plan. The staff is experienced and knowledgeable. Dr. Ebrahimi trained at Loma Linda (one of the best dental schools in the country, and the main reason I went) and also is an engineer. He will put you at ease right away. Recommended highly.
