I went to this dentist on the recommendation of a co-worker after I was unsatisfied with my previous dentist. Everyone here is incredibly friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Everything was explained well and clearly, and my concerns were investigated and addressed. REALLY glad i went here.

Santa Fe Family Dentistry quoted me a price to have a filling replaced. I have insurance and the price they quoted was for a co-pay for the filling. I had the work done, paid the cost, then several weeks later I was sent a letter from my insurance plan saying that I was only responsible to pay 1/2 of what I had already paid. I contacted the company - several months (3) had gone by at this point and they said they would offer a reimbursement. They had not contacted me to reimburse the over payment which I found a bit shadey. If you are having work done at this clinic, which I don't plan to do again, don't make the payment to them at the time of service - wait for your insurance company to tell you how much you will owe. The other downside of this clinic is that they try to up-sell you services while you are in the chair. I am personally not a fan of this type of business.

This dentistry is superior to any dental office I have been to. They really care about educating you on dental health and their friendly staff makes your visit very comfortable. Nayeli is very sweet and compassionate when it comes to patient care. I highly recommend this office!

I've never been so nervous about dental work going in, nor so incredibly satisfied in the midst of it. My first appointment seeing Dr Loumeau, I was treated with the utmost respect, had everything explained to me including what my insurance would and wouldn't cover, and was able to start treatment right away. He and his assistant stayed to work on my tooth even though the whole office had gone home. After several years of other dentists being unsure of how to deal with my front tooth, it had finally hit a point of emergency and Dr Loumeau had a plan instantly. Though I had to pay out of pocket for this part, I was prepared for that and I now have a better idea what parts of my dental work will be paid for by my Medicaid insurance AND I was treated respectfully and with care by a dentist who takes Medicaid. I am looking forward to all the work still to come. My smile will be getting better and better here.

I was on a trip to Santa Fe and ended up losing a crown....not a good thing. We looked on line to find a local dentist who was able to see me in less than 48 hours. We selected this office based on reviews on line.
The staff and Dr. Donoghue were incredible. I've been pretty spoiled wth my Dentist in Tucson but I have to admit I would go to this office if I lived in Santa Fe. This office is very concerned with the patient. Great experience.
