We are on an extended visit to the area when I had a crown come off a tooth. Grace was able to see me the next day. Dr. Samuel explained options in a concise an thorough way. He explained options. This was the first dental office that use a digital scan to map my teeth for the crown. This is the first crown that fit perfectly on the first try. Dr. Samuel and his staff are friendly and professional.

Unprofessional atmosphere, dentist nearly popped my porcelain crown off because he didn’t realize it was there. Dismissed my concerns about my teeth. Rough with the ultrasonic scaler and I have a high pain tolerance. Would not return.

Terrible experience. This dentist does not care about patient well-being. The office is messy and disorganized. The dentist didn’t even sit down for the 3 minutes he spent “cleaning” my teeth which was actually just him spraying tons of water in my mouth and all over my face. He didn’t walk me through my x-rays or any concerns I had. He lectured my partner that she needed braces for a “prettier smile”. This was the worst visit to the dentist I’ve ever had. I feel bad for the women who work under him. I would never recommend anyone to come here.

I also had an uncomfortable experience. I felt rushed for dentist to do a root canal without him speaking to my orthopedic surgeon and check if I needed antibiotics before doing any type of surgery on me. He also did not go over my ex rays and have a discussion of my issues. He just wanted to delve into a procedure. If it wasn't for me being proactive and being knowledgeable of my situation with my orthopedic doctor, this dentist could have put my life at risk of a possible infection! 😡😡😡

Don't go to grace dental. I got a filling on the wrong tooth. I was left with a bunch of metal in my mouth after the filling, and there was very little communication as to what was happening. I would not recommend grace dental to anyone.
