Lately, I have had anxiety when it comes to dental appointments & as a result a lot has been jeopardized when it comes to my teeth. But today, I must say that a lot of my anxiety has been lifted because of this place.
I went to my appointment feeling overwhelmed, anxious and scared, but I left hopeful , trusting, appreciative and most of all at ease.
When I say this place is the TRUTH! Believe my words because the experience was informative and helpful.
I was brought to tears because of the patience and comfort that was given. I have a lot going on with my teeth and I was not rushed nor did I feel like my concerns didn’t matter.
The service and care is truly appreciated and I highly recommend this facility.

They no longer take my insurance and are refusing to release my records for my new dentist. The whole staff there is very cold and they go through hygienists so quickly you'll never see the same person twice.
Edited to address their response - I was not asking them for anything regarding the last 3 years, just copies of my records for when I was a patient. I don't understand how it can be unethical for them to provide me with my records of treatment to provide history to my current dentist. I rarely saw the same hygienist more than once, so while they may have hygienists there with a long tenure, they also definitely had high turnover.

I’m a new customer and she has completed x2 root canals and x2 crowns and did it perfectly… great results and great service … Lady’s in front office are great supporting me with my dental insurance requirements and communication…. My son recently had to replace one of his 'crowns' and he was very nervous about the procedure. Dr. Farooqui was extremely patient with my son and today he received his new permanent crown. When I asked how he would 'rate' the entire replacement process, my son said everything was 'fantastic' and he would not think of going anywhere else for his dental work !
