Dr. Alina and her staff made me feel comfortable, confident and ready to go back!! I have a huge fear of Dentists, but the entire office made you feel welcomed and the best part for me was that it smelled amazing! Aromatherapy candles were lit, the atmosphere was very warm and inviting, and again I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Alina and her entire staff. Thank you!

I have anxiety when it comes to dentist from a horrible experience and this has been the best experience with a dentist I have ever had. I don’t dread going to the dentist anymore. Every staff member I have come in contact with at the office are friendly and welcoming!! Have recommended multiple family member to go there and they are very happy too.

Amazing work and service! My teeth were perfectly clean after my visit. Would highly recommend. She taught me what prevention means for now and later in life. I love you doctor Dellanzo your my favorite dentist!

I had a great experience. She and her staff was very kind, courteous. I was well informed on everything that they were doing and what I still needed done. I am getting a full set of dentures. I am very pleased with everyone at the Schenectady office

After 4 hours I posted below, I received a call from Alina threatening me to delete my review, which I am not going to. I told her I have rights to post a review based on facts. Dear Alina, I have changed from 3 stars to 1 stars. I definitely will call police if you made any contact and threatening to me again.

I am not sure if we will change the office. We have been with this office since last owner totally for 9 years. Not only cleaning but also other services like crown, cavities… not much to complain. Now, the ladies doing the cleaning still do fantastic work, but sometimes a new doctor do the cleaning and he only spend 5 -10 minutes. It seems his main job is to sell more fancy products. I felt pressured when I had to say no because he expected you to say yes for everything promoted rather than needed. Is this the new practice for every office now?

It is amazing place. I got my teeth pulled and they were gental, friendly, and incredibly caring. Kept asking if I was ok. The waiting room is a warm place as well. All the staff if great too. Nice and friendly. I would recommend 👌 😌 to everyone. My kids love going there too to get teeth cleaned and any fillings they need. They are definitely a family place and treat everyone that way too. They are definitely part of ours.

I have never had such a rough cleaning in my life!!!!!!!!!! This guy came in and started scraping roughly in my mouth! I am 30 years old I know what a proper cleaning feels like. That was not a proper cleaning. It didn’t feel right at all!!! Usually when I went to my old dentist I would leave with a bag full of goodies. Here Alina offered me a bottle of mouth wash and I accepted it. Next thing you know the lady at the front desk told me that the mouth wash was $45 dollars. This was the only place that had an appointment available in my area and she had a lot of openings. Now I know why.

Dr. Alina Dellanzo is highly professional and very personal. She is an expert. All her staff is amazing. Inside dental office looks gorgeous!

Best dental experience ever. The office overall communicates well very understanding and caring.

I repeatedly told Alina and her dental hygienist that my insurance pays for 4 cleanings a year and they kept telling me that was not the case and told me to call my insurance about it. Well, if you wanted to bill my insurance 4 times a year, it was your job to call. It was not my job to figure it out. Only when I told them I am not coming back, they called the insurance and guess what, it does pay for 4 cleanings a year. They corrected their mistake and apologized so I decided to give them another chance but everytime I showed up for my cleaning appointment, a dr would clean my teeth instead of a dental hygienist who usually took time to carefully clean my teeth and not bleed me to death. I would prefer a dental hygienist who is professionally trained for this job not a dr because they are short on staff. The dr is extremely nice but the quality of the service is bad compared to other dental hygienists I have been to over the years. Overall, I do not know if other services are good because I have not used them but I will not recommend you go here for cleaning.
