By far the best dentist I ever visited. I was treated with utmost respect and dignity by the doctor and the staff. I have been to the clinic three times, and the treatment was excellent. I did not feel any pain during or after the treatment, nor I had to explain things; the doctor figured it out on her own. Very bright and sharp doctor. Everyone is very organized, super professional and the clinic feels like home.

The staff was very accommodating from start to finish. I went to the clinic for a cleaning, it was the first time being there and I can definitely say I'm happy to go back! The equipments were very clean and the place looked also clean and organized. Dr.Elkordy was polite and very professional. Her assistant Angela was super nice too. I would highly recommend going there!!

Dr. Elkordy is amazing! Her and all the staff have always treated me with respect, have been very professional, and super nice. Dr. Elkordy have always had a positive attitude, and knows exactly what she is doing. I trust her opinion and knowledge 100%. She even called me just to check on me after a pretty serious procedure. The procedure room has always been clean and sanitized. I am truly grateful my sister in law recommended her to me, and I will be glad to recommend her to anyone.

They were very polite however very incompetent. I went in for an emergency appointment, I have a broken molar and popped filling from eating an apple wrong. I brush twice a day and have good looking teeth. But I went in because my molar got worse in pain and I got an appointment at 12:00 today. I got examined, and without even looking at the X-ray and looking for practically four seconds at my teeth without any prodding, she somehow diagnosed all my teeth need to be pulled. I had no tooth decay, cavity’s, or any pain besides the broken molar. And she literally didn’t tell me any options other than dentures however my insurance covers implants and I told her what my insurance was and my MVP Medicaid #. I told her I’d just like to molar pulled (#18) and she says “we don’t do extractions.” So she gave me some papers for an oral surgeon. I’m still in pain and basically she didn’t do a proper examination. I think the dentist was polite but I wouldn’t go there again because she’s very incompetent. I told my appartment program what she said and they called. Then she tells them it’s not ALL of them that need to be pulled but just the top row which is NOT what I was told at the examination. Basically they can’t make up their minds. However I will say the doctor was polite and kind. Just didn’t do a proper examination. I thank them for their time and appreciate the appointment and thank you to Dr. Elkordy for giving me the oral surgeons number for Adirondack Dental.

THIS IS THE WORST DENTIST INHAVE EVER BEEN TO. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. My mother had extreme tooth pain and she went to this place. First of all the nurses are chill and nice. Thats the only nice thing about this place. Otherwise this place is trash. Doctor is EXTREMELY rude and did not ask my mother about how you feeling or asked her questions or never introduce herse. Please do not got this place.

This is the place if you want a doctor who cares about your wellbeing. These guys will make sure you get the care you need every time. Can't thank them enough for helping me get ahead of poor dental health. Very compassionate people.

Worst! Always leave bleeding with tartar still all over my teeth. Foreign hygienists and dentist so communication is strained. Cancels my appts 2 wk before bc she takes the day off. Have to go here because of limited choices with medicaid but I'll literally try anywhere else.

The whole staff is amazing! The ladies at front check in are always kind and courteous. Her dental assistants are always helpful and take great pride in caring for patients. Dr Elkordy always takes the time to explain what is wrong and how she can help. Her work is stellar and she is a fantastic dentist. Would highly recommend this practice.

Had a recent dental emergency, Dr Elkordy was so helpful at fixing my tooth in a rapid manner. Very Grateful!

I had a cleaning done and Dr.Elkordy was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I was nervous going in but I was assured by the lovely dental assistant, Kay, that Dr.Elkordy would take care of me and she was right. I highly recommend seeing her if you or someone you know needs a dentist! The office is located at 756 Madison Ave in Albany in the cutest renovated house, I felt like I was at home lol. I will continue to see the Dr and will tell all my friends to come see her as well.

I have been going to Dr. Elkordy for almost a decade. She has always taken great care of my teeth and she has always shown great customer service. I drive 30 mins to see her after moving because I believe I am in great hands.
