Dr. Elkordy is exceptional, she is the sweetest and best dentist I ever been to.I was terrified of dentist before her and shes totally has changed my view by making each visit pleasant, and comfortable, her attention to detail and service are one of a kind.

Dr. El Lordy is always engaging and eager to hear how you feel. She’s a very efficient dental practitioner who doesn’t push unnecessary procedures and is very cost conscious. I highly recommend her.

I’ve never had less than 3 minutes cleaning anywhere. You really need to learn ethics. Yes I shop my insurance on marketplace. That really does not give you the right to publicly discriminate people and take advantage of people and not doing the job properly. I’m truly shocked by your practice.

Well I’m also shocked by the fact you graduate from NYU med school and have such bad ethics like mayor Rudy Giuliani.

Its not too late to change your practice if you really care. And I’m sure someday, if you continue the way of practice, someone will sue you for fraud.

I've been to Dr. Elkordy's office a few times and every time was a great experience. Waiting time was always short and I was always seen by her right away. She always makes you feel comfortable about your procedure and explains exactly what she's doing every step of the way. But most important of all is how she's a very skilled dentist. I had two fillings done with her, along with other things, and they've felt great with no pain or issues ever since. Without a doubt, she's the best dentist in the Albany area.

Dr. Elkordy is a very accomplished, experienced and proficient dentist. I visited her office for an urgent condition and I was granted an appointment easily and with no delay. I was treated with respect and professionalism from all the staff. Due to Dr. Elkordy's good manners, skills and experience, she was able to help me overcome my dental anxiety and effectively alleviate my pain and address my dental issues. Since I moved out of Albany I still haven't encountered a comparable dentist !

Dr. Khloud is a professional dentist. You don't have to think about the pain. She is very clever to do the job in fast and proficient way to make it painless compared to other dentists. The stuff is smart and the office is clean. Highly recommended.

I didn’t realize how unprofessional Dr. Elkordy was until I went to a different dentist after having a small suspicion after my last visit. The cleaning was so quick ( 2 mins ) and at this other dentist , there was sooo much care and attention to my teeth during the cleaning ( 5-8 mins ). I also needed a root canal but the day of my appt was told my insurance hasn’t approved it. Turns out, root canal is considered emergency service and does not require a PA ( prior authorization). It was a little lie she told that didn’t seem right ( this was the day I decided I wouldn’t return ). During the scheduled root canal visit, she said she could fill the cavities I had instead. She supposedly filled them , but seeing as the same cavities are being filled by this new dentist , I assume it wasn’t done or not done properly. Very happy I listened to my instincts. People will truly take advantage of you when something isn’t your expertise.

incredibly unthorough! I went for a normal cleaning and xrays - I was there for all of 10 minutes. The Dr. did not discuss anything regarding my xrays. No hygienist cleaned my teeth - the dentist did so herself for about 20 seconds but it was so poorly done it was a waste of money. You know that clean, smooth feeling you have on your teeth after a cleaning? Not the case this time. I went for a cleaning and didn't leave with teeth any cleaner than I came in with. I do NOT recommend. Incredibly disappointed

I would like to preface this review by saying that I am a medical professional myself, and so I am able to understand medical aspects of dentistry. I have never written a review on google before, but my experience was so traumatizing that I felt it was necessary.

I suffer from severe dental anxiety. In the past, I had a filling that was not numbed properly, which created said anxiety. I was very open and honest with Dr. Elkordy about this prior to her filling 2 of my 4 cavities. The first cavity filling was fine. She numbed me "extra" to ensure I would not feel anything - and I didn't. I walked out feeling more comfortable for my consequent visits. I walked into my second filling feeling confident. I did not cry or have any other major visible signs of anxiety.

During my second filling, Dr. Elkordy numbed me significantly less. I had a bad feeling, but decided to trust the process (as I am in medicine, not dentistry). Half way through my filling, I felt a sharp pain. I flinched from it and made a small whimpering sound. While I probably should have raised my left hand, we had not established how I should portray pain prior, and my response was extremely reflexive.

Dr. Elkordy proceeded to rip the drill out of my mouth and yell at me! Like she was actually yelling at me while I was laying helpless in the midst of a filling, unable to respond or walk away. She did not administer any more numbing, quickly finished my filling (while speaking poorly about me with the dental assistant right over my head), and then wrote in my file not to schedule me any more appointments.

I found out that I was being "banned" from the practice when I went to make a third appointment. I still had two more cavities to fill, and while less trusting and quite taken aback, I understand the importance of getting adequate medical care in a timely matter. The office did not suggest another dentist, just told me essentially "good luck".

Not only was this experience completely unprofessional, but also unethical. Knowing a patient has decent sized cavities and refusing them treatment and providing them no alternatives is extremely unethical, and directly opposes the oath that medical professionals swear to take when entering treatment. While I understand dental anxiety is annoying, it is extremely common. If I could give this review zero stars, I would.
