They’re a standout team at Dr. Elkordy’s dental practice. First string team is: 1] Khloud Elkordy, the dentist. She is gentle, super intelligent, “no-funny-business” (as one other reviewer wrote), efficient, careful, and above all else, kind.
I loved the fact that, from jump, Dr. Elkordy was my hygienist as well as my dentist. There is no professional discontinuity because all communication about all issues is done directly with her. PLUS, as bonus, she is a patient listener who “gets it” the first time around. She is an excellent communicator. She explained what was going on with ALL of my teeth based on a fresh set of x-rays, she cleaned out and repaired a deep cavity in my #5 tooth with skilled proficiency in a matter of 15 minutes and I never felt pain or discomfort, and she consulted with me at length about the best ways to deal with two extracted molars, given limited to no insurance coverage. A very caring human being who happens to be a really good dentist;
2] Luba, The Dental Assistant / Technician. Luba is a kind, always-professional, multi-talented team player who works seamlessly with Dr. Elkordy and has a great, mutually-respectful relationship with her. Their kindness, respect and clear appreciation of one another helps ease the patient in the chair, because there is no tension, no back-biting, no craziness. The doctor and staff genuinely appear to care about one another. That’s always a “top-down” thing.
Luba puts her patients at ease, she is honest and immediately and humbly owns mistakes belonging to the practice as a whole. She does not finger point, she makes it up to the customer immediately, she is professional.
3]. Kaye, The Office Manager.
Kaye (if I am spelling her name correctly) is also kind and professional, to the letter and seemingly without fail. Kaye was entirely willing to try to revolve the office’s standing schedule around my work schedule and travel-time needs to accommodate me. She made me feel like the most important patient during our first encounter on the phone which made feel like I was making a good choice. Kaye treated me the same way during all of our following 6 encounters and, by then, I knew I was involved with a really great dental practice team.
Kaye is the first contact you will have with this practice, so she is the initial face of group’s image and she sets the tone for what can / should be expected.

I highly recommend you try this dental practice, if you looking for one.

Dr Khloud is an amazing Dentist, She has been my dentist for years, the best dentist, she is very kind sweet & attentive , She is very clever to do the job in proficient way to make it painless i highly recommend.

Dr. Khould is highly professional dentists I ever saw in my life. When I had an emergency,she helped me immediately. She is very clever, smily face, and helpful. Also, the office was very clean and all the percussions for Covid were taken.

Very nice environment, service was very courteous by staff. Dentures need more work, other then that I recieved prompt and courteous service. Dr. Elkourdy is a very nice dentist.

I do appreciate the strict hygiene Dr Elkordy apply in her office. also the comprehensive precaution concerning Covid-19 prevention.
The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Quick and painless! Received an appointment within the hour. Staff is friendly and professional. Minimal wait time before seeing the dentist. Would recommend to anyone, especially if you have a busy schedule.

Horrible service. If you express what you don’t like with the dental work or anything they will drop you as a patient.

I also went to an appointment one time and was told that everything looked fine even though I was in excruciating pain. Then went to an oral surgeon and was given a list of things that they didn’t catch.

Was also told I had to pay $300/tooth out of pocket.

Bad service would not recommend.

Dr. Elkordy Is one of the most compassionate as well as caring Practicing Dentist I have yet to meet in the Upstate region and has been serving me and my family for the last few years and we could not be any happier to be apart of her practice. Keep up the good work, you are greatly appreciated always.

Dr. Elkordy is wonderful. Booking appointments is a breeze, and you're in an out in a timely fashion. She is comforting and enjoyable as well as very professional. Highly recommend!
