How do you as a dental facility get rid of your emergency walk in's? It's ridiculous expecially when someone's in a huge amount of pain and needs the closest dentist right away without having to wait and get records just to be sern makes no sense this is an emergency not a scheduled appointment. Ugh.

The receptionist told me she was not doctor. So I drive 45 minutes to get there nothing they can do but medicine...drive 30 minutes to pharmacy to find out they sent a prescription I am allergic too....call them back they are gone for today...what the hell...totally unprofessionally...thanks for trying to kill me.

The best dental office ever. I am not a fan of dentists but there has never been once where I haven't had the most professional and quality of services! I would pay out of pocket for these guys.

The on call person that answered the phone today in 03/14/2020 at 5:30 pm was very unprofessional. He didn't want me to send the message to the on call providers for the issue that I had. And he hung up the phone with out saying anything else. Is this how you guys treat the patients? Shame on you

Customer service is the absolute WORST they would answer then hang up twice then if you were to call back again they will put you straight to voicemail i had one lady talk down to me ignorant explaining my situation nasty attitude of explaining things to me and they especially dont care if you have younger kids for an excuse 2 warnings they can no longer provide services to you.

You can't even get someone on the phone. I waited for a total of 20 min and called them back and they make an excuse of saying "no you did not because that is not what the phone said". Better off trying elsewhere and save your time.

A lot of men and women are doing internships to start Dentistry there. I think it's great that they have that opportunity and everybody has been fantastic!😀

Disgusting place rude staff residents preforming things a dentist should be doing they should be closed no pain meds given after extraction no laughing gas only novocain for extraction do not recommend you will be very upset with thier work and level of care

Hi not a gd dentist they are not gd staff and they don’t understand if u can’t make a morning appointment if u got things to do and to get work done too the surgeon need to be there all day to get people what they need too very unfair
