I had been having major pain in my jaw, needed to get into see someone right away, Dr Frank what can I say! Wow he’s great! Got me in and took care of the problem that day!!! And not much pain at All!! So gentle, caring, and well just plain a great person!! And the staff, you can tell by them the practice is a good place when they are happy! Everyone there are outstanding! I highly recommend going to Alden Family Dental! I have a new dentist, sorry I didn’t go sooner!!!

When I first called for an appointment, I wanted a checkup and cleaning. That quickly advanced to complete xrays, a tooth pulling and special cleanings costing alot of money even with dental insurance. They are now recommending more based on their do as I say approach. There was no discussion of choices or costs in advance of any of this. I recently had a very extensive medical surgery for which I was given choices through all of it including whether to have the much needed surgery in the first place, medications, whether or not to receive needed blood transfusions and whether to go to recommended rehab which I chose not to do. I am doing fine now with my choices. I believe in choices and informed consent including costs which this office does not provide.

These guys are really good. As a veteran dentist offices make my anxiety go off the chart. They are very personal and good making sure you are comfortable all the way through the process. I love, love, love my dentist. I have been with Dr. Frank for at least 20 years. He is calm, explains everything, gives options and is sensitive to my concerns. If I have an emergency, he always fits me in his schedule immediately. When I need referrals to specialists, I am always happy with the referrals. Neighborhood dentistry at its best!

I've loved this dentist since I starting going here, but what really stands out is how they treated my mother. My mom's teeth have been deteriorating for a while, mostly due to the medication she's on. As such, she's been terrified of going to the dentist, fearing that she'd be judged.
Well, she lost her front tooth last night and just cried. She was so upset. I had to convince her to go to this dentist, kept telling her how amazing they were, and that no one was gonna judge her. We got an emergency appointment this morning and the dentist and staff were absolutely amazing to her. She's had some very bad experiences in the past, but by then end, she was happy she went. She has not stopped talking about how great the doctor was.
I am grateful beyond words with how respectfully they treated my mother. She was scared and apprehensive before going there, now she can't wait to go back!

I have been to many dentists in the past I have never been to a better dentistry than Alden family dentistry in Alden NY!!! The staff is WONDERFUL friendly and professional and treat you like family . I have experienced many disappointing dentists in the past that didn't care if I was feeling pain or couldn't afford The procedures etc. Dr Frank and Doctor Joe are just wonderful and make sure I feel no pain are very friendly and professional and I highly recommend Alden family dentistry to anybody who has any fear of going to the dentist they work with you and for you they're the best !! I will never go anywhere else !!

After calling main number, was directed to Lisa and she called back shortly. Made appointment for urgent dental care easily and even received another call back explaining my dental coverage. This was especially awesome due to conovirus recent outbreak. Lisa was courteous, knowledgable and acted in a very caring way. This is now my new dentist.

I was nervous after experiencing pain at other practices but the doctor and staff were very calm. I didn’t even feel the shot and I was actually relaxed. The late office hours are fantastic to accommodate people who need appointments in the evening. I’m thankful this dentist was recommended to me!

Great Team! I have had several dentist over my life time and by far this is the best practice. I am very glad my last dentist retired. I highly recommend. The whole team will bend over backwards to get you the care you need.
