I do not “love” the dentist. With that said, Mary was a pleasure to see when walking into the practice. She was bright, pleasant, and very easy to talk to. I then met Caroline, one of the hygienists, who gave me the most thorough and detailed cleaning. She, too, was very happy, positive, and easy to talk to. I then met Dr. Jammal, who was confident, friendly, and easy going. The entire visit was 5-star! I’m excited to continue my care with Buffalo General Dentistry.

The most empathetic people. I just want to be best friends with everyone there. Everyone at this dental office makes you feel like you’ve known them your whole life the moment you walk in. (Perhaps from the moment you make your appointment). I think what really makes good service stand out is when they walk you over to where you need to go and do warm hand offs so that you’re not reexplaining yourself to multiple people. I felt valued and understood and I’m excited about my next visit, which isn’t something I ever find myself saying about a medical facility. I appreciated that we worked together to find a treatment plan that I am comfortable with but will also give me the best results and get to the root cause of my issues.

Very positive experience!! Clean and calm environment. Professional and very friendly staff. Caroline’s soft demeanor really helped my anxiety. Dr. Jamaal is upfront and honest about your oral care, no unnecessary up charging, which was a real nice change in my experience. I made a follow up appointment and I am excited to call Buffalo General Dentistry my new home for all my oral hygiene and care. Highly recommend!!

My dentist recently retired and we are in search of a new place to go. We have found a new place for sure. Starting with the front desk staff are absolutely amazing. They are all very friendly and professional. The dental hygienist are extremely knowledgeable about their job as well as friendly. They really help to relax you and get you ready for whatever procedure you're having done. Dr. Jamaal is very up-to-date with his equipment and knowledge of his profession. His bedside manner is incredible very friendly and approachable. I do not think I will ever have to take my family to another dentist again.

I want to give a big shout out to Dr. Dan and his team for being so welcoming and thorough with my treatment. I needed some endo work done along with 3 implants. He was explaining he invested into 3D imaging with the latest low dose technology for his patients which made me feel safe. He was showing me everything while educating me on why I needed my treatment and what would happen if I waited. Not only did I feel very comfortable but his prices were fair and I did not feel like he took advantage of me like other offices. Now, I can smile again and feel better about myself. I would not recommend anyone else but Dr. Dan Jammal and team!!

This was my first time visiting the office and it was a wonderful experience! They called in advance to confirm my appointment after the big snow storm (dec 2022) which I appreciated. Everyone was very friendly and called my insurance provider to confirm coverage details because it is a new policy for me. Julia, at the front desk, even printed out my Guardian insurance card so I had a copy for the future. Caroline, my hygienist, was spectacular! A very comfortable cleaning. Highly recommend her!

I was a patient of Dr. Ricotta's for several years and had previously had bad experiences with other dentists, so I was hesitant when the practice transitioned to the new staff, as I wasn't sure what to expect. Luckily, my first visit there was an excellent experience and I wish I hadn't put it off for so long. Everyone was super friendly. Caroline was my hygienist and she was awesome and Dr. Jammal made a great first impression. I would feel confident recommending them to anyone!

I'm so glad I found this place! I just got back from my first dentist appointment in quite a few years. I was definitely a little worried about what to expect but everyone was very understanding and super nice! Deborah was my dental hygienist and she did an amazing job and answered any questions I had. Dr. Jammal was great, easy to talk to and very welcoming. I definitely recommend Buffalo General Dentistry to anyone in the market for a new dentist!

I have to say I was skeptical about coming in to see a new Dentist after having a bad experience at another practice but Dr. Jamal is an outstanding Dentist. Not only his skill level but personality as well. Very easy to communicate with and takes great care to respect what patient dental care needs are. His staff is fantastic also.👍

This practice is wonderful. Clean, timely, and informative. All of the hygienists have been gentle but effective and the doctor is very nice. They have a lot of services and are willing to help with any additional issues including migraine, and teeth whitening. A very positive experience for someone who hates going to the dentist.
