Reached out for over a week as a new patient leaving messages with no call back. When I finally got someone on the phone to make appointments for my family I was only told that they don’t take Delta dental insurance, which I believe is one of the biggest insurers in the country, after the appointments were made. When I asked why they don’t take delta as insurance the answer as I understood it came down to Delta wouldn’t make a deal with us.

I can understand not wanting to lose money but I’m. I’m not sure I buy that Delta hasn’t updated its fee structure in 10 years. I cannot understand not communicating back to potential clients and not leading with important information before making appointments for someone. Lack of communicating back with me alone over such a long period is what earned this rating.

I started visiting this practice about 4 years ago and needed to have an upper bridge made.
I had insurance to cover most of the cost. In the four years I have had to have the bridge repaired 3 times as the bridge never fit properly from the start rocking back and forth with food getting under the bridge every time I eat. This rocking caused the clasps to break. I have since retired and have different insurance. Now they don’t take my insurance. Now to have the clasps repaired it will cost me $450.00 on a bridge that never fit correctly from the start causing the issue with the clasps. Apparently they don’t stand behind their work. Unless you have a big wallet or great dental insurance I would not recommend for this
reason I give them 2 stars.

UPDATE
Since my initial review I have spoken with Geoffrey Gamache(owner)he wasn’t aware of the issues with my bridge. I met with him and he explained that the bridge is landing on my teeth causing the rocking of the bridge. He said that the “platform” which are four crowns for the bridge is wrong. This prior work was done by a dentist that is no longer with the practice.
We are currently in the process of replacing the crowns and then replacing the bridge at no cost to me. I am now confident that the work being done will rectify the issues.
I will update once the work is completed.

UPDATE
Since my first update Dr Gamache has replaced four crowns to have the correct landing spot for the bridge. They then took multiple impressions and designed the bridge so that the bridge lands on the crowns and the teeth on the bridge land on my bottom teeth.
This bridge fits so much better than the original bridge allowing minimal amount of food to get under the bridge and I can feel the bridge landing correctly on the bottom teeth instead of the frame of the bridge landing on the bottom teeth.
The response to my issues has been nothing less than fantastic. I will continue seeing Dr Gamache for any further dental work and cleanings.
I now give this dental practice 5 stars for the way the process was handled and the end results. I can smile again without the bridge being an issue.

My wife and I have been to many dentists and Eastview Dental goes above and beyond every time. We have had routine exams, cleanings, bonding, and a crown done over the years. They are very friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend Eastview Dental and have had great experiences there. My wife and I recently moved further away and still find the extra mile is well worth the drive.

Visiting the dentist is not on my top 5 favorite things but Eastview dental made it a lot more enjoyable! It is a beautiful state of the art facility and practice. Dr.O'Brien and Mackenzie were both lovely and gentle. Really throughout. They explained and walked through everything with me. Extremely Covid safe. I am new to the practice and know I have made the right choice. :)

I cannot say enough about this dental practice. I was previously at another dental office that has always been great to our family. However, due to Covid - 19, they had to significantly downsize making appointments hard to come by. I had a serious toothache and needed to be seen immediately. I called this office, I was NOT a patient at the time, and they still fit me in the very next day! Outstanding service! Dr. Obrien even got into why (as a transplant patient) I keep having issues with my teeth diving into the medical reasons, something nobody had ever done before. Very modern, clean environment and the ladies at the front desk are fantastic!!

After going to (3) other dental offices and having my pain be misdiagnosed - Eastview listened and scheduled me in the day after to resolve my pain! After a week of being in pain - I’m finally pain free!! Thank you Eastview Dental - I recommended my entire office to you! :-)

Friendly front staff, top notch dental services, extra clean environment, and a great local business!! They’ve gone above and beyond to help me grow from my severe anxiety of dentists which has improved my dental habits immensely. Love this place!

I am not a fan of going to the dentist. However, when I have an appt at Eastview Dental, I feel much less anxious and that's due to the wonderful staff. I highly recommend them.

I’m a fairly new patient at Eastview dental. So far, I’ve gone in twice. Once to have a crown put back on after falling out ( done by a different practice) and another, for a cleaning. Both times were great experiences! From the moment you walk in, everyone is friendly and very professional. And best of all everyone is so knowledgeable! Dr. O’Brian took her time to explain things which was great. My dental hygienist, MacKenzie was friendly, efficient and definitely knew what she was talking about. She took all of my concerns to heart and you could tell she truly cared. I’ll definitely be going here for life! Thank you!
