After 3 years as a customer and lot of works in my mouth that were fine, I found out that place lost a lot of credibility without Dr. Shumova. I went there one week ago with a clear broken tooth, no big pain and I was told I needed to be seen by and orthodontist because there was inflammation or infection on the gum up the broken tooth. They know there I have physical condition that periodically bring inflammation and they know that but when I told I wanted the tooth repaired they wanted to force me to see the orthodontist before, violating my right to decide and their duty to treat the tooth or to prescribe antibiotics so the inflammation goes and the job can be done. I was left without an appointment because I didn’t want to see and orthodontist that was not covered by insurance. This is not professional, they should have fixed the problem then advising me to go to the orthodontist, that is my right to accept or not! Terrible people
