This dentist is so on point. I called, got in right away, and within a week of going there had my appointment scheduled and teeth taken care of. No pain at all. Definitely pleased with their service.

I will be honest and say usually a good/decent experience and SOME amazing staff. However you’re only as good as your weakest link. The weak link happens to be a staff that confirms appt. and even after errors are made on their part, no apologies and just given a rescheduled appt for month later ( no matter how serious/ severe pain level may be) There is definitely better dentist in area so keep looking.

I would never go any place else I worked as a dental assistant for years and I can honestly say the staff is fun, friendly not intimidating at all and Dr torrado ranks well above 5 he is a purposed human being he is professional and honest and Blessed because of the position he takes. He is not only caring for his patient but his patients family.I have dental anxiety before I ever came to this practice and because of my great experience I am very comfortable being in this practice with such a fine talented and pain free Dentist.I have been here 20 plus years. I would recommend Torrado Dental to everyone. They are so very accommodating. I had a terrible tooth ache when I called , even though they didn't any appointments they squeezed me in. My tooth had to be extracted. He said if I could wait a bit he will take it out right then. I'm petrified of dentists, and he knows it. Through the entire procedure he reassured me, even sang little songs. He was also right on top of making Sure I was not in pain. Thank you so much!

I had my first appointment last Friday. They reminded me via text (super cool) and took me right on time for my 2:00 appointment. I got x-rays and a cleaning by James, and got check out by Dr. Shumova. Both were very nice, professional, and fast. I highly recommend this clinic to anybody looking for a new doctor in Rochester.
