The office staff is horrible, Dr. Torrado has been amazing but his office staff does not match, they don’t send in prescriptions when they say they are, 3 times this office has failed me couldn’t even submit paperwork accurately if you enjoy poor patient service then this is the place for you, but if you want to be treated nicely and accurately find somewhere else to go! Gave 2 stars because Dr. Torrado but his office deserves 0 stars ⭐️

If you need a crown for a tooth that is visible when you smile do not go here. Over a year of 25+ visits and Dr. Torrado could not get it right. Could not give me a referral to someone who could help me. Staff, including Dr. Torrado, do not wear masks properly. If you have any other option, I would go somewhere else.

The people are so kind. Everyone in the building shows they actually care about the people coming into the building. They're accommodating and do whatever they can to make your visit quick and easy. They send reminders and make sure if you've forgotten your appointment to reschedule and get you in asap. All of the staff is lively and a joy to speak with.

In Doing procedures and meeting Doctor Torrado was a good experience .Bery Friendly and receptive .Always on top of the procedure and communicative to explaining the work and careful not to cause pain of course ..I am continuing to go there .In my experience is good I recommend Torrado Dental

What an absolutely polite and friendly staff! Technician and Dr. Andriana Shumova are so very nice, caring and compassionate! Very prompt and diligent. They not only listened to my problems and concerns but were also interested in my extensive medical history; they took the time out to really get to know me and this was my very first visit, absolutely unexpected! Also they did not try to upsell fake cavities as Q Dental in Penfield had done to me in the past. Torrado Dental Dr.'s are HONEST!
