I’ve been seeing this same dentist my entire life, as a child I’ve had the best experiences seeing the dentist. As an adult it’s literally the worst experience of my life and it’s not because of the dentist it’s the staff. You can walk in there for an emergency at 9am, and clearly if it’s an emergency you’re experiencing discomfort and pain. They’ll have you sitting there for hours won’t ask you what’s wrong or anything you have to wait to see the doctor. Then who knows how long that’ll be. You can’t even get some orajel while you wait. & the worst part is that I only trust this dentist. I’m in a car on my way home crying because I couldn’t see him today because I don’t have time to sit around waiting all day. Then in the mean time I can’t get no anti biotic or pain killers prescribed to me because I have to wait to see the dentist. Now I have to go to an ER so they can give me the meds I need in order to maintain the pain til my actual appointment that’s TWO MONTHS away.

The staff are nice but it seems the time management problem mentioned by other reviewers is still ongoing. I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment and had to wait over an hour and 30 minutes to be seen. This is unacceptable.

Dr. Yaghoubian is very patience and helpful. I'm glad I was able to get my teeth situation fixed at this clinic. I always take my kids here for cleanings ❤

The wait was a little long but I did bring my whole family for our annual check up lol. Everyone is amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Do you want to go somewhere that abides by Coronavirus regulations? Want to feel comfortable and not put in a room that looks like it hasn't been cleaned since 1996? Want to not be shamed for having anxiety and told to wait outside because they "don't have time for this?" Don't go to this disgusting place. Receptionists refused to give me there names. This place deserves less than 1 star.

So for one I have always been scared to go to the dentist didn’t go in years for that reason. But honestly this doctor was great once I was seen everything was painless. He Doesn’t try to tell you, you need all these crazy procedures that some other places tell you so that they can take your money. Will continue to go here.

Nice staff but I could've taken a nap, had a meal and walked my dogs waiting to be seen. Mind you, I had an appointment and was on time, smh. They're conveniently located on my neighborhood but that's the only reason I continue to come here

Best Dentist EVER been going here since my first teeth cleaning.... I was 1 now I’m 32 ... No else touches my teeth... I Now take my Two Boys and My Husband here... The receptionist are super helpful And SONYA is awesome 😎 they will accommodate and help with any insurance issues and concerns.

If you’re looking for a facility where the staff are wearing mask and making you covid worry free during your appointment then this isn’t the place.

I have never went back to this horrible and unprofessional place, after they cut part off my gums off. I was shocked to find that my gums grew back as I am young and healthy. I now finally understood why people fear dentist.
