The office was kindly able to accommodate me within 20 minute notice for a new patient exam. Check in process was primarily online which was great. The visit did not feel rushed at all. The hygienist was extremely gentle with X-rays and the cleaning was thorough. She was fantastic. I saw Dr. Feintuch for my exam who was very professional.
Very happy with my experience at the office.

The folks in this office are so kind, patient, and welcoming. Like many people, I have a phobia of the dentist, and everyone I spoke to here helped put me at ease. They made the x-ray procedure as bearable as possible, and the cleaning was so easy. Highly recommend!

My and my children's first appointments, on time (not the norm in my experience!) and in an esthetically pleasing and clean environment (also not the norm in NY), a competent and considerate dental hygienist, overall friendly and dedicated people. All of which made for a pleasant experience and upon personal encounter made us forget the slightly edgy initial contact with the front desk.

It’s seems as though they somehow remove any of the negative reviews but yet again, I feel compelled to write another one since my husband and I continue to have to all of the work that Dr. Feintuch did replaced due to shoddy work. The crowns and bridge he replaced are what 3 dentists have said is the worst work they have ever seen. Bulbous, oversized crowns that kept coming loose even in the beginning. The bridge was so bad that when it became loose, which had NEVER happened with the original work done over 25 years ago, that the teeth had to be extracted which resulted in implants which cost over $10,000. We implore you, DO NOT go here. There are other people in the area that are better with more up to date equipment and practices.
