My 2 kids have been going to Healthy Smiles for a very long time. The staff is amazing. The front desk receptionists are always professional and nice. The wait time is not long at all. The dentists and assistants are amazing when it comes to keeping the kids happy. They work fast and efficiently on my kids dental work. I would recommend Healthy Smiles to all parents. I wish they treated adults.

I have been taking my son to Healthy Smiles Pediatric for several years now and we always leave happy. From the very friendly helpful front desk team to timely and efficient appointments. Dr. Figdor and his dental hygienist are a dream team! Such a lovely demeanor that puts me and my son at ease as they explain and execute the dental work that is required. Their technology is state of the art and the offices are clean and modern. I would highly recommend this dentist to any family.

Very nice clean office. The doctors are lovely patient and kind. The Receptionists are very Impolite. They never answer the phone when you call. If they do answer they put you on hold for very long. I called multiple times prior to rescheduling an appointment I knew I was going to make it to, left voice messages and made online request. Nobody reached out to me. On the day of the appointment they answered the phone and told me I cant reschedule the appointment on the same day, I have to call the next day.

Staff were courteous and friendly. Environment is very welcoming for young children. Accessible location, street parking available. Short wait time. Dentist and assistants were gently yet effective with taking X-rays and dental cleaning. Definitely recommend!

Healthy Smiles Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontist is a wonderful place. Today was my first time going with my daughter and the staff and Dentist were pleasant and kind. Thank you for making my daughter's first dental appointment wonderful . We will definitely come back again.

The waiting room was very clean and kid-friendly. The workers at the front desk were personable and efficient. The dental hygienist and dentist, Dr. Figdor, did an excellent, painless job working on my son's teeth. My son felt very comfortable and safe. I highly recommend Healthy Smiles Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics. My son can't wait for the next visit!

My kids have been going to this dentist for years and they’ve been nothing but great. But recently they’ve changed. I could never reach them by phone and text messages get a response days later.
We made it to our appointment slightly late because traffic and parking around there is a hassle. Ended up parking many blocks away and sprinted to the dentist.
Receptionists (all new, never met them before) are telling me they can only see one child, when I scheduled appointments for both my kids. They tell me they’re booked with back to back appointments, mind you there are literally 3 people in the waiting area. They tell me that because we were late we have to reschedule, or wait in the waiting area to see if anyones late or cancels.
They told me I should have called them if I were running late. How can I call if you guys never pick up? They told me I should have texted yet they don’t respond to texts until days later. This place used to be good but with the new receptionists and horrible parking/traffic, avoid this place at all costs. They will waste your precious time.

Amazing dentistry, the dentist is always superb, however my only issue with this office is not going based on the appointments they set. My appointment was for 9:30 and sat in the waiting area for 30min without any feedback and or explanation, overall I give a 8/10, the doctors are amazing and make the kids very comfortable and not afraid, just be prepared to sit in the waiting area.

Friendly staff. I have a NT child and a child with ASD. I have been bringing her for about 3 or 4 years now and she does really well now. Trust me in the beginning she wouldn't be sitting in the chair at all and now she does it with no hassle. I love coming here.

I have been taking my daughter here since she was 4 years old, now 7…. Great Dentist Office… staff is very friendly and very good and patient with Children. They are very flexible if you need to change an appointment, and you can communicate through text if you like
