Dr. Berardi and his staff are wonderful.
The office staff is really polite and I don't think I've had to sit in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes -- even when I'm really early.
The hygienist is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. The facility and equipment is new and everything is spotless.
In addition to being a great dentist, Dr. Berardi is just a really nice guy. He always has time for small talk, goes into great detail to answer any questions, and takes his time to ensure your visit is a good one.
I would highly recommend this office for anyone in the Williamsville, Depew, Amherst, or Lancaster area that is looking for a dentist.

As soon as you step foot inside Berardi Dentistry, you will be impressed. The front-end staff are friendly and approachable, and the entire office is very clean. The hygienists are also prompt and efficient - I have never had to sit for more than a minute or two in the waiting room before my appointment. They are also professional, gentle and make you feel comfortable throughout the entire cleaning - shout out to Andrea, my favorite! Dr. Berardi himself is a legend. He makes "going to the dentist" an actual pleasant experience. He's friendly, knowledgeable and takes the time to chat with his patients. His goal is to make any procedure as comfortable and painless as possible. It's clear that he takes pride in what he does. I highly recommend Berardi Dentistry - they are the best dental team in WNY, and you won't be disappointed.

I had a wonderful first visit at Dr. Berardi's office. I am also a dentist, but started working in a public health setting, so I found myself needing to establish myself as a patient at a new office.
My friend (that I graduated dental school with) worked at the office for a while before also going full-time in a public service position in the south towns. She still goes to this office as her dentist, and recommended them after having the inside scoop on their high standards of care. I decided to try them out since they are very close to my house, and am so happy I did.
The office is immaculate, has updated technology, and everyone from the front desk, to the hygienist, to the doctor are warm and welcoming. They spend time with you, so you don't feel like you're being rushed out. I also got a very thorough cleaning (I'm embarrassed to say it had been too long since I had one!). The prices are very reasonable, I signed up for their annual office discount plan since I don't have insurance.
I would have no reservations about recommending this office! (In fact, I made my husband call to make an appointment there right after I got home.)

I needed a root canal done and Dr Berardi performed it like it was as simple as filling a tooth. I felt no pain or discomfort during the procedure and the next thing I knew it was over. I’ve heard horror stories of people having it done and was hesitant on doing it - not here. From this point forward whenever I hear someone complaining about needing a root canal or had a bad experience having one done, I’ll just reach in my wallet and handle them one of Dr Berardi’s business cards and explain my experience.
So if he made a root canal uneventful, can you imagine other dental needs he makes even simpler - Thank You Dr Berardi

The staff were all very welcoming. Lilia had her work cut out for her as my previous dentist was not very thorough, and she did a wonderful job! She took the time to teach me the proper way to floss, and I will be sure to follow her advice!
