I struggle with depression and stopped caring for myself. These guys helped ease my anxiety and completely understood my situation. They are kind and caring and so understanding. They work with you and your time. I could not recommend them enough. They gave me back my smile, and I can not express my gratitude. I am new to the area, moving here after retiring to be near my son, daughter-in-law, and grandson. I am originalIy from the Midwest area of the country, where when you think winter it is winter. I have been out here a few times prior, absolutely love the Finger Lakes area.
I was looking for a dental office that dealt with implants.
I just asked Google for dental services that dealt with implants and Lakeshore was one of those that popped up. They had an online guestionaire that you filled in and sent and lo and behold they called back and set me up for my first appointment. I was very happy how everything went, from the time I walked in for the first time, for the whole process. The staff were very accommodating. They were very up front about cost also.
I tried getting hold of another service, unfortunately the phone just kept on ringing.

I had teeth removed today for my dental procedure. It went well and it was because of the caring staff(Brenda) of Dr Popelka and himself, who were wonderful and very caring during my procedure. I always enjoy coming to my dental visits no matter what the procedures, because of the wonderful staff and I really recommend Dr Popelka. There office is always so clean and sterile too.
