Long Falls Dentistry

The office is very bright and well decorated. It's comfortable with the exception of the rooms not having closing doors or blinds on the windows. The dentist came in, spent a couple minutes with me and referred me to an oral surgeon because he couldn't do what needed to be done. I've been dealing with the pain in my face for three years. Begging different dentists for help and they all just brushed me off. I appreciate the fact that this Dentist took care of me even though he couldn't physically take care of me. They even called and got me in an hour and a half early. Thank you for your help!

I would give them 0 stars if I could.
The dentist is highly unprofessional, I went in for my appointment to have my cavities and fillings fixed, only for them to repeat x-rays(that I sent them like asked before my apt so no reason to do it again just wasting time because they were behind and not doing what I was scheduled for) then sent me home and made me schedule ANOTHER appointment, Due to their prior patient being 30min late.( then had the audacity to say something to me for showing up 4 minutes late after I had to rescheduling for his convenience)
Fast forward to my appointment for my fillings and cavities, and he had me in and out of the chair in less than 40 minutes.
He sits and watches a renovation show on the television the whole time he is working on your teeth, kept staring my mouth with instruments due to lack of attention.
I don’t know what he was doing. I have never had a dentist do this, but he just sat there with the tool, and kept filing down the side of my molar next to my cheek, to the point, where I now have a space between my tooth and gums, I can get my finger nail between them and feel like I could just pull my Mular out of my gums. Fast forward to last night( 1 day later) and I had a piece of the tooth, that he nonstop filed down, FALL OFF MY TOOTH WHEN FLOSSING?! now I have a hole in my molar (wasn’t there before)
I have never had braces, I have never had work on my teeth, and I didn’t have my first cavity until I was 19 years old, so there’s NO reason for my TOOTH to be falling apart like that after visiting this dentist.
He also refuse to do all of my cavities, because it wasn’t convenient for him, so he only fixed two of them and told me he wasn’t going to fix the others until they were WORSE.
He is highly unprofessional. He rushes through everybody’s appointments just to get to the next person, doesn’t pay attention to what he is doing, and based off of previous reviews that I’ve read, this isn’t the first time that somebody has had their fillings fall out or had their teeth ruined by this dentist.

I don't normally write reviews but I read them and after my experience with this practice I felt it was necessary to voice my concerns to prevent others from going through what I went through. Would not recommend this office to my worst enemy. Pompous dentist, rude staff, condescending conversations amongst team members, poor communication and so much more. I was overcharged for a procedure that the so called dentist did and now I can't get anyone in the office to return my phone calls. Do yourself a favor and choose any other practice. You will be glad you did. Mark my words. Stay away, buyer beware.

I was beyond happy with the care of Long Falls Dentistry! They staff was amazing. They were very sweet and attentive. They got me in very fast with in a few days. Every other dentist I called said I would have to wait at least two months to get in Long Falls got me in with in the same week. The doctor was nice and was quick he did a same day extraction of 2 teeth. I will be making appointments for my entire family here. I also will recommend them to anyone that needs dental work!

I hate going to the dentist so naturally I need some serious work done. I missed my first apt because of my nerves. The doctor knew that's what the problem was and helped me through it which was great. The ladies that work there are sweet helpful.
So now after 3 visits I have a new smile brighter with no gaps between my teeth. I'm so happy. And going back end of month to finish some more work because I'm so comfortable with long falls dentistry

The worst dentist I’ve ever been too!!!
I got a plate that came out crocked And they say ohhh look good! Plus added almost an extra $150 to my bill!!

I'm not one to visit a dentist often. But the need came. I was scared. The office personnel, the nurse and the dentist were phenomenal ! They all made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I went there with a need and he fixed it. Not many dentist will do this on your first appt, but he did. I'm so thankful for this dentist and staff. I would HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone !

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really like Dr.Zeeshan He made me feel at ease being it was my first visit. I also like that he explain everything to me about what my choices were. Very nice and professional. I’m glad I found Long Fall Dentistry. I would recommend anyone who needs a dentist to go there.

The team took great care of me at my last visit. Everyone was very friendly and very professional. I highly recommend Long Falls Denistry in Carthage NY.

Dr Salam is good at what he does. Also very pleasant to his patients
