This place is amazing. They got both my husband and myself in right away. And brought me back a wk later to pull all my uppers. They did and amazing job. Made as comfortable as possible. The dr was extremely kind through all off it. Made sure I felt absolutely nothing at all. I would highly recommend anyway to go here.

Exceptional procedure experience with extraction and implant despite my incredible amount of anxiety. The dentist was patient and kind. Worked at my tolerance and pace a truly satisfactory experience. However; They have very poor aftercare instructions and pain management.I was reminded that they were open at 7 am each day, to call with any issues. 24 hours post extraction and implant, I am experiencing a tremendous amount of bleeding and jaw pain, I called to inform the office that I am confident I am having a bad reaction to the prescribed pain medication. Itching, hives, and nausea. I was informed that I could go to urgent care and ask for help with the reaction but there was nothing else they could do for pain because they didn't know what other options were outside the current medication family. This is concerning and ill-informed. Particularly after paying $1,800 out of pocket for a procedure and being so satisfied with the actual work.

I have been ghosted by dental office after I had to come back twice for the severe pain I had in my filling that I have got by dr Salam. I had also pain in another teeth filled by him which then turned out that was chipped so I called the office to make another appointment so I can know what’s the next step we can take for the tooth but my calls was transferring to answering service so I put massage but they they didn’t call back. The next day I called again and still answering service, at the same moment I called with my husband’s number and this time the office took my call in first time. I went to the office and the way that I treated by dr Salam was unpleasant. He asked me why do I keep coming back and why I have pain. I have dentist anxiety and it wasn’t necessary I wouldn’t go back. I still have pain in one side of my mouth and I can’t eat anything there. It is very unprofessional for a doctor to ignore his patient’s pain. The staff is very welcoming and helpful but I didn’t like the way I have treated by doctor. By the way I still have pain in my upper right tooth.

So I let my teeth go my entire life getting one pulled at a time when the pain got so unbearable waiting untill last minute.. so finally at age 33 I said screw it I can't deal with this pain anymore.. Dr Salam took our thirteen if my teeth at once I got full dentures.. it didn't take long at all. And he talked me thru it I did not feel a thing. Finally pain free I am so happy I went thru with it. Now I even have my two kids going there regularly to see him. He is great !! I deff recommend long falls for any of your dental needs!!!

Iv had terrible teeth all my life and have had some terrible experiences. I am so glad someone recommended me to Long Falls Dentistry! The staff are great and the Dr. is wonderful. It took me 37 years to take the plunge and fix my front teeth. I wish I had done it sooner! I am always smiling and showing them off now! They did great work! I am very happy and recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist😁.

I broke a wisdom tooth, and it needed to come out. I went to a different dentist who referred me out to an oral surgeon and had a month wait to get this tooth pulled. I'm in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy, my main concern was dealing with infection. Today, I came to Long Falls Dentistry and Dr. Salam was kind and was able to pull the tooth IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES!
Will be coming back to Long Falls Dentistry for ALL of my dental care from now on!
