I can't describe how amazing the doctor and staff are! I have had two appointments so far (they don't mess around, they get you right in!)& I'm so pleased. Dr. Salam is to the point & has a very calm/relaxing demeanor about him which made me feel at ease. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable.. I had two fillings today, took about 20 minutes, if that! No pain at all. Best dentist around!

Very affordable, very polite, clean, and understanding! I had major anxiety and they were quick to put me at ease! I get scared for the needle part of the numbing but I couldn’t feel it at all and was in and out quickly! Definitely going back for my future dental needs!

I recently had a cleaning and exam with this office. My hygienist was friendly and very efficient! The Dentist was friendly and came right in after the cleaning. No waiting around for him. What stood out to me about this office was the Doctor himself went over my treatment plan and pricing with me, he didnt send me to the manager or ladies up front. He explained everything with detail. Long Falls is the dental office to go to if you need cosmetic work done. Dr. Salam will come up with a very individualized plan to achieve a smile to be proud of. I was weary of getting veneers as i thought i might not be happy with the results, but he listened to my concerns and did everything precisely how I imagined my perfect smile to be.I am so happy with the result, now I don't have to think twice before smiling or cover my smile like I used to. The staff is friendly and accomodating, you can feel that they really care. Very much recommend this place.

This is the best dental office north of Syracuse! Dr. Salam is a true professional and calmed me down during my filling appointment (which i really needed). His assistants and office staff answered every single question i had thoroughly, and i was left with a great feeling.
I had a male hygienist deal with my teeth and it was one of the best cleanings i can remember receiving. Great job all around and i will tell all my friends and family!

Dr. Salam and his entire staff always take excellent care of my family. We have 4 daughters that receive all of their dental care and cleanings here and not a single one has any form of dental anxiety.
My husband and I are also regular patients and were ecstatic to see Dr. Salam working through the pandemic. In full protective gear, and non-stop sanitizing practices they were able to keep all of our scheduled appointments!

They were a very clean and professional dentist office. The clerks were very friendly and funny. The two individuals who worked with my young son were very kid friendly and nice. They made him very comfortable, let him touch some of the dental tools and made his cleaning as painless as possible.
