I had a very positive visit at the Oak Ridge, Tn office. Dr. Richardson was pleasant as well as the hygienist Rebecca was very gentle, but thorough. The regional hygienist, Debbie, was very informative. Checkout was a breeze!
CNY review
I went to Aspen Dental in Cicero, New York because I had broken molar that was quite painful. Because I was a new patient, I received a free exam and x-rays. After the exam, I was told that I needed additional work (over $1000), but I was only interested in receiving a crown. They made an appointment for me to return a week later. On my second visit, they gave me 3 shots of Novocain and prepared my broken tooth by grinding it down to a nub, took an impression and put in a temporary crown. While the doctor was grinding my tooth, he said “oops”. I thought nothing of it until I got home. He had cut the bottom of my tongue with the grinder and it was quite painful for about 8 days. The next appointment was in 3 weeks but the temporary crown fell out after 5 days. On my third appointment they tried to install the new crown, but it didn’t fit. They took another impression and replaced the original temporary crown that had fallen out and gave me appointment to come back in 3 weeks. The temporary crown again fell out after 5 days. The doctor was in a pissy mood on the fourth appointment and said that she would half to replace the filling in the tooth behind the molar that was broken because it was in the way. I believe that this was an unnecessary procedure because this tooth felt exactly as it did before the new filling. She gave me Novocain before she started grinding and then she left the room to work on someone else. By the time she came back, the Novocain had worn off. She was in a pissy mood while giving me additional shots near my jaw and it hurt. She left the room again to work on someone else. The doctor then filled this tooth and then left the room. She came later and had to give me additional shots of Novocain before installing the new crown. I sat in that chair for over 3 hours. The next day, my jaw was extremely sore from all the shots. I will never return.

my first visit to the oral surgeon at aspen rt. 11 in cicero went as fantastic as expected!! i had two back uppers pulled and it went great without a hitch.look forward to my visit on erie blvd on aug.2 nd! Great staff at erie even with Kelly on maternity leave!!

Tired of this place, won't go here again. Been going since 2011, today I go after waiting for a long time to get back in, and they would not take my new insurance. Every time I go here there is some sort of issue, plus I always found the Dentist to be very mean and talks down to you.
