I'm an existing patient and the dentist recommended a procedure needed to be done. They performed a number of expensive x-rays, and said a follow-up is required. When trying to schedule the follow up appointment, they refuse to give me a date. They screen my calls and flat out ignore the numerous voice-mails that I leave. I highly recommend not going to this dental practice. They are disrespectful to your time and money.

I have been searching for a dentist office where I felt comfortable for years now. The search is over! Front desk staff were great but TARA who did my x-rays and such was second to none. She has an excellent gift being able to treat people the way that she does! A perfect mix of compassion with a sense of humor to make people at ease. Dr. Alvarez is very pleasant and easy to understand. I then sat with office manager Emily to discuss my insurance, cost of care, set appointments, and etc. She too was excellent. The entire staff was a pleasure to deal with which is unheard of in the dental world in my opinion.

🚫Beware!!🚫Beware!!🚫Beware!!🚫 I came in to the Cicero Ny location to get the Invisalign treatment. My teeth were straight just had a little spacing, a gap in the front 2 teeth. I went through the treatment followed the instructions to a T for almost a year! When treatment was “done” my gap was smaller but not closed. The dentist just wanted to give me the final retainer and be done with me…not even offering any refinements to further close the gap until I mentioned it myself. I then received the refinement trays which extended the treatment a few more months…they were loose fitting and didn’t feel like they were doing anything…at the end of that still my gap is not closed. At that point he told me well there was nothing else he could do for me. Spent 1000’s for nothing!! I asked him to buff or file my one front tooth just a very little bit to make them even because one was slightly off from a little tiny chip on the one front tooth that happened years ago. The dentist filed the tooth that was perfectly fine so short that it ended up being shorter then the one that had the tiny chip. So not only are they uneven now they are at a slant and I still have a gap ruining my whole smile that I spent thousands to make perfect!!!! I would not recommend Aspen dental to anyone!!! Beware!! They are cheaper for a reason‼️Beware‼️

Review of my first visit. I had a painful tooth and got in early the next morning. Full initial work was very thorough and pleasant. Very happy with everyone who was involved with my visit. Very happy with the Dentist. He wasn’t rushed and answered all of my questions. Estimate of work was very well done and thoroughly explained. Very happy so far.
