My Dentist (Dr Q) gives you his full attention and takes care of you in a professional and caring manner. The entire staff treats you like you're family. Highly recommend!

The woman working the front desk and scheduling appointments is awful. Very rude and unprofessional. I just received a phone call that my son’s Tuesday appointment which I scheduled 4 months ago and have already taken off of work for was cancelled and their earliest availability is March. When I voiced my disappointment over the situation I was literally hung up on. Unfathomable. I will be looking for a new dentist.

I have had nothing but a very wonderful experience with the entire staff. No matter what I'm having
done from cleaning to a tooth pull. Dr.Quiros takes the time and really cares. In the past I have had really bad experience with a dentist in another state he really traumatized me ........ it was a long time before I could go to the dentist again when I finally found choice family dental and gave them a chance it was the best thing I ever did and wished I won't waited so long im a forever client ❤ thank you choice family for all you do!!!!!

I would like to share my dental experience at Choice Family Dental. My experiences there are always positive. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. I have a very hard time at the dentist, as most people do, and the doctor is very kind and gentle. He is also very patient, as I am a hard patient, he takes time and his work is explanatory. If you have any issues with novocain, I can assure you that he will make it as painless as possible. He is great and so is the staff. Highly recommend. Thank you always.

My 5 yr old was getting a sealant on her teeth. She came in tired. She threw a fit. They let us stay in the room to calm down and try the procedure again. The whole staff was patient and kind. I would recommend them to anyone with children!

I have been at this dental office twice now. Once for myself, and once for my 8 year old daughter. The environment is very welcoming and Dr. Quiros is nothing short of exceptional. Both of us felt at ease and very comfortable while there. Would definitely recommend to others and will be back for sure!

I have serious trauma from an accident I was in when I was younger and I had so many years of the most painful needles and surgeries on my mouth. Let me tell you the people at this dentist office made me feel so comfortable and we’re so kind all the while I was shaking and petrified for just a couple of fillings! Won’t go anywhere else in the future. They did great work on me and I am just so grateful for understanding humans!

He then made his way to beautiful upstate NY and opened Choice Family Dental in Cicero. Born and raised in Puerto Rico Dr.Quiros is fluent in both English and Spanish. Dr.Quiros is a general dentist offering a wide range of services but is most passionate about smile makeovers. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.

The office manager is completely unprofessional and has no idea how to speak to her employees. All of the staff have complained about her and how she behaves. She is rude with patients but when owner's or doctor is around she is nice as can be. She plays staff against each other making it an awkward and uncomfortable work environment. I highly recommend an in house cleaning before anyone thinks about getting a job there.

By far the worst experience I had with a Dentist. I trusted them to do my implants, it took me multiple appointments to just get the shade and size right. The crown was damaged and you can see the metal the first time they put them in. Within half a year, one of the three crowns fell out. Because of quarantine I waited for sometime to get them fix. After at least 3 different appointments the doctor was able to put them in. And within 2 weeks one of the crowns fell out again! This time I'm away for college. I'm just glad I was lucky enough to no swallow the crowns when they fell out. My parents spent way too much money for implants that can't even stay in for more than 2 weeks at a time. No disrespect to the workers there, but the dentist just simply couldn't get the job done.
