So glad I found this place. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The place is always clean. I never have to wait for my appointment. It always starts right at my scheduled time. Dr. Jen Lonnen welcomes all questions and gives clear explanations. She helped me with my Invisalign treatment. She's my favorite dentist ever. Dr Jen is easy to talk to and does a great job. Went there for the first time today. My first impression was the warm and cozy waiting room. Heather was super friendly and helpful. I met with Jenn,she was very informative and friendly. Lori did my cleaning and she did a awesome job! I'm lucky to have found Cicero Family dentistry.

Dr Jenn is the best of the best. She has incredible skill. I am probably the most picky patient, and my son is autistic with many sensory needs. She STILL is able to be creative, supportive and caring. Shes the only dentist my son likes and he’s been to over a dozen! I’m glad she’s so young so she can be our dentist for many years to come! ;)

I emailed the office asking about my 7 year old daughter's toothache on the dentists' day off, and they called me back on the same day and opened up the office to take care of her problem-- and we weren't even patients! (Now, our whole family will go there!) Both dentists were amazing, gentle, knowledgeable, listened to us, and were very respectful regarding our dental health concerns.

I needed emergency dental help which also had limitations due to eye surgery. My previous dentist was no help. I looked for a dentist near me that had good reviews on the internet. When I called they got me right in! The entire office was so empathetic to my situation. I required multiple visits to resolve the issue and the office worked around all my eye doctor visits.
