Trying to find the right words to give the review that this office deserves.. I would give a thousand stars if I could.
I had been searching for a dentist I could trust for my son for quite some time, and finally found it with Dr. Lonnen. The entire experience was such a comfort after having had so much worry over the correct path to take for my son’s dental needs.
The receptionist was kind and welcoming, the office was clean and comfortable, the appointments were available and accommodating to our schedule and needs, the financing was made easy, and the dentist... Dr. Lonnen - she was just amazing. She was so so so good with my son, making him feel at ease immediately. She walked him (and me) through every part of each procedure in a way that was honest and eased any discomfort. She was skilled and knowledgeable and efficient.
Dr. Lonnen was also very patient with me as the parent and answered what must have felt like a million questions. She seemed sensitive to my preferences and understanding of my need for involvement. She effortlessly juggled keeping my son content, me informed, and doing his dental work simultaneously. I never once felt like I was a bother and felt complete confidence in her care of my son.
Dr. Lonnen has the ability and skill to use the latest technology in the office or at Upstate. She is also open to using low intervention as a first step if it is an option. I loved that there were options and open dialogue and inclusion. Breath of fresh air finding this practice. We’ve already made appointments for the rest of our family.
Follow up review: we went for a cleaning today and, again, all staff members are so kind and friendly and create an atmosphere of complete comfort - my children leave saying they had a fun time at the dentist.

Love love these dentist's and staff, Dr Jenn noticed something weird on tongue referred me to oral Surgeon and it was pre cancer, so I am so grateful to them. Amazing group of people. And great service My girl Lori cleans my teeth perfectly.

I had my recent cleaning at the Cicero Family Dentists and Lori did an amazing job with my teeth and I had one minor concern with one tooth that Dr. Kolenda fixed right away. I have been to this office numerous times for routine dentistry and I enjoy going here very much even though it is about 30 minutes away from my house. I highly recommend them.

The office staff was friendly and observing Covid protocol. Hygienist Tyra was a sweetheart and gave me the thorough cleaning I needed, as well as great advice.
