Very irresponsible receptionist that didn't wear a mask the whole time we were there. The mask was only hanging around her neck and she was talking and communicating with everyone, never blinking about the mask! There was a "wear a mask" sign on the door, but what do you expect from the patients when you don't follow your own rules? Neither the chairs in the reception area had social distancing signs. You'd expect better from a healthcare provider during the covid pandemic. The other receptionist and the doctor are great tho.

I have been going to this dentist for over a year now maybe 2. I need a lot of work dont on my mouth pretty urgently, and Im going on two months of no call backs, waited almost 4 months just for them to send a script to my pharmacy...I am at the point of searching for a new dentist ASAP before i lose my teeth! Never will recommend this place to anyone

Big thank you to Dr. elizabeth hersey at albany dental near me. Definitely the finest dental surgeon I have ever come in contact with. I smoked for many years so I’ve had a number of dental surgeries done through the years. Never before have I had such a relaxing experience getting work done and I have to say he even corrected some poorly done work that I had from a different dentist from years ago.

Could never imagine going anywhere else to get my partial dentures put in then Albany Dental. The team that they have built there around Dr. Jeffrey Haimson is phenomenal. They simply have everything operating like a well oiled machine and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They had done a few smaller procedures for me over the years so I was very confident going into this one and they did not let me down.

Absolutely no regret about choosing to go to Albany Dental, no complaints at all. Extremely ecstatic with my all on 4 dental implants versus being told at the age of 20 that I would not be a good candidate for dentures due to my high narrow arch. I was 47 years old when I walked into turning point. As a lifelong veteran of dentist's chair. It is the best decision I've ever made!!!

Amazing place with awesome staff. Very efficient. Didnt have to wait for a long time. I came in for an implant consult and they made me feel very comfortable, explained everything and gave me a payment plan I could afford.
Nurse Connie was the best. I definitely recommend it to all my friends and family.

The 5 stars are really for Dr. Lee and Chao. I had two front teeth I had been avoiding pulling. They got so infected they were dripping bacteria from 3 pustules. My mouth was literally like that of a Komodo Dragon with that amount of bacteria in my saliva. Dr. Lee isn't exactly "living in the bush material" but she slew my dragon like a warrior of the Tang Dynasty very quickly and efficiently. She is also excellent in explaining what has to be done, why, and how she is going to do it. The office itself is very reasonable, dependable and goal orientated without being intrusive. Chao (sic), a receptionist, is especially pleasant, a relief in any dental examination. Some of the oral hygienists are all bark but don't give you a bite, but all in all definitely worth 5 stars.
