I had been dreading getting a tooth pulled for almost two years! The staff made me SO comfortable and was so reassuring. Dr. Lee removed my tooth painlessly and effortlessly in about a minute!! I was so relieved that I could do the extraction in office and not have to go off site. They were able to fit me in for a cleaning and extraction on the same day!

I cannot begin to express how amazing this place is for your dentistry related needs. The staff is extremely friendly, kind, and attentive to giving their clients the proper care. I visited this location after an unfortunate assault where I had my tooth break above the gum line. The dentist was very upfront with my options and assisted me with the information to make an educated decision in what seemed to be one of the worst situations I have gotten considering it was a front tooth. They also assisted me with opening an account to charge the procedure on which worked best for me since I had to pay out of pocket and couldn't afford it right that second. It took about 9 months to complete my dental implant but the procedure was WELL worth the wait! It has been 5 months since I've gotten it and my smile feels like a million bucks again. I get countless compliments and many don't even realize there's an implant there. I felt as if it wouldn't be the same but you can barely tell. A HUGE shoutout to the front desk staff, most notably Liz, she was such a sweetheart throughout the process. She calmed my nerves and made sure we were all on the same page so big KUDOS to her, Albany County Dental is lucky to have her around!

One of the best dentist ive ever had the pleasure of attending the ladies at the reception desk were very attending very punctual with guest and patients they are truly life savers
