I net with Dr. Jeffrey Haimson at Albany Dental last month to fix a few broken crowns that I had put in by a different dentist and they did an excellent job all the way around. Exceptional service but even better dental work on the backend. Can’t say enough good things about this wonderful dentist our of Albany.

I was in Albany on business and had a dental emergency. It was a very lucky break for me that this office was a few minutes away from where I was. I was able to get an emergency appointment with Dr. Marina. The staff was very understanding and helpful. Dr. Marina was gentle and very attentive. I had a gum infection under a crown which required gum opening. The procedure was quick and painless. The office is super clean and all of the equipment seems to be brand new and top of the line. I wish I lived in Albany so this could be my regular dentist... Highly recommended to all those who are in the area.

Well I wanna say my wife boss found out we needed dental work. He felt free and confident to refer us here. As a matter of fact For some reason we had to drive to separate vehicles to here but honestly it was worth the ride. Why because their is friendly, honest and efficient. It turned out that we wanted an oral surgeon and to make it all better they referred us and they to accommodated us. For me customer service goes a long way. As long as my dental insurance stays accepted here my wife and will be coming here for a long time to come. So overall why a "5" because their brand can be trusted and recommended to others. Dr. Marina is the best dentist I have ever been to! She is very very sweet, she does not judge you or make you feel bad in anyway. It's your agenda not hers, she will do as you ask without any pressure. I am writing this review after having had dental surgery 3 hours ago. I had great anxiety going in this morning for a deep cleaning and two extractions..I had nothing to be anxious about! She told me there would be no pain and there wasn't! Her staff is just as magnificent as she is, very warm and friendly they make you feel like family. Love this place and Dr. Marina!!!
