I've never enjoyed going to the dentist. Who does? From the receptionists to the techs to the Dr, all of the staff are super knowledgeable and clearly love their work environment. Walked in the door from a bad experience with my old dentist and they have made me feel like they have been my dentist for years. Absolutely, I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, professional and friendly place to call their own.

Every visit was a new experience. I went from 4 root canals to only 2 root canals to 8 root canals. The price per root canal varied on each visit. The last time was $2500 per root canal...up from $1600 the visit before. Nobody will explain anything when you ask. I found a new dentist. No root canals and my issues fixed. What a joke.

I've had nothing but good experiences at every visit.The doctors and assistants have been very supportive. Supportive in regards to fully explaining procedures and answering any questions. Very supportive in regards to physical comfort or lack therof.The front of the house(receptionists,administration and such) have been very friendly and accommodating in a professional manner. I have no regrets in choosing Albany Dental.

This is a great dentist that provides excellent care to their patients. The atmosphere is wonderful. They go
above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. If you do not have good insurance you will have to pay an absorbent amount out of pocket or through care
credit. If you use care credit there is a ten percent up charge .There are no payment plans, but you do get privacy , respect and help evidently. I just feel at this point that life is stranger than fiction , and dentist are
stranger than life. Things do not always work out as you hope or wish. The story always changes and the
amounts always go higher. Consultations and pain

Absolutely wonderful place!! My current dentist did a root canal but no longer accepts my insurance. They also completely messed it up and I have a bad infection from it. I have been in pain for weeks. It finally got unbearable so I was referred to Albany Dental. They got me in two hours after I called. They treated me amazing. I didn't have to wait, they made me as comfortable as they could and constantly checked up on me. Such a friendly caring atmosphere!! I will recommend them to any one!! I can't wait to go back for my cleaning once my current problem gets resolved!!!
Follow up....I completely lost the tooth because of the previous dentist...lousy work
Albany County Dental has been solid by my side throughout all of this and is taking exceptional care of me!!!!

I can say I hate going to the dentist but with this office they make you feel like your family. From day 1 I felt very comfortable going there and the staff is absolutely amazing very cheerful and they talk to you like they knew you forever. My children and husband also go here and they now are not afraid to go to the dentist either. I would recommend this office to anyone of my family members.

First time going there today. Reception was friendly and service was quick. The assistant and the dentist I saw were both friendly and we came up with a plan for my dental well being. Everyone was friendly and courteous.
