Everyone is super nice to work with here, but the dental work is a joke. I didn’t even know bad dentists existed until i went here. It’s basically a dental factory. they get you in and out so fast your head spins. i had a cleaning that lasted 10minutes and i’m no champion brusher. i’ve had plenty of fillings. the one i got here fell off in a month, they didn’t charge me to replace it though. My old dentist is a longer drive but i’m leaving this place and going back. Also after one of my very brief cleanings the hygienist said yeah you can wait like an hour to have the doctor check you over or you can leave.

I just love the team at Albany Dental From top to bottom. From the receptionist all the way through to their actual dental surgeon who i think was named Dr. Elizabeth Hersey I can't say enough good things. I'm also shocked at how affordable dental implants actually were considering the great service.

I will start with I waited 40 minutes for my appointment, in that time I overheard the "upper staff" belittling customers questions. The receptionist was fantastic to say the least. By the time I was seen, it was pure torture, the hygienist was completely lacking of compassion, I had water running down my face the entire time. At one point I was in tears and he just kept on
Ive had several procedures done at this office but he insisted I needed them done again.
Sure enough, I will not be returning for my 6 month cleaning

absolutely worst place ever. the doctor was so rude to me and didn’t even take the time to try and talk to me. she came in and told me i shouldn’t be there, and wouldn’t even have the respect to look me in the eyes. she had her back to me the whole time. she then proceeded to tell me to come back after i finish with my braces, when plenty of other places were able to talk to me about implants and told me they could get started right away. i will not be going back when i get my braces off and i am very disappointed seeing as this place was rated 5 stars.

Five stars. I hadn’t gone to the dentist in 18 years and was justly terrified of a dental analysis. I need a lot of work done, but I absolutely could not be happier with how I was treated today. Extremely warm and understanding staff. Can not over recommend. Five stars without a doubt. Five stars absolutely. Actually looking forward to making progress with treatment which I didn’t anticipate in a million years. If my first two dentists were anything like the one I just had, I never would have been in this situation.
